The First Amendment to the United States Constitution: “Prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

” The Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Amendment 13 – Slavery Abolished.

“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

The Muslims cannot follow the US constitution, due to their religion. Anyone who follows Islam is totally against the United States Constitution as we shall see below.

Islam wants to make every country Islamic There are more than 50 countries which the Muslims have made into Islamic states, this is a violation of the first amendment: “Prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion”.

The Muslims clearly don’t believe in the first amendment; they want to make every country into an Islamic state (Quran 8:39) where Islam is the only religion. They have made more 50 countries Islamic, why would they leave out the most powerful country in the world, USA?

“And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere.” (Quran 8:39)

Islam is against freedom of religion for non-Muslims The Quran (3:85) orders Muslims to make Islam the only religion. This is a violation of the first amendment: “free exercise of religion”.

“If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).” (Quran 3:85)

“…The only religion in the sight of God is Islam…” (Quran 3:19)

In Saudi Arabia and many other countries where the Muslims are dominant, there is no freedom of religion for the non-Muslims. The non-Muslims can’t even practice their religion within their homes. Islam is against those who follow no religion Based on the first amendment, one can follow a religion or no religion. The Quran is very much against the unbelievers (non-Muslims and those who don’t follow any religion). The Quran and its followers very clearly violate the first amendment.

“I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.” (Quran 8:12)

Islam is against Muslims who change their religion Based on the first amendment, one can change his/her religion. The Quran is very much against the Muslims changing their religion. This violates the first amendment.

Bukhari (52:260) – “…The Prophet said, ‘If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.’ ” Bukhari (84:57) – “[In the words of] Allah’s Apostle, ‘Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'” Islam is against non-Muslims Based on the first amendment, one can follow any religion. The Quran is very much against the unbelievers (non-Muslims). There are many verses in the Quran which incite hate and violence towards non-Muslims. The Quran and its followers very clearly violate the first amendment, freedom of religion. “O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell,- an evil refuge indeed.” (Quran 9:73)

“We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they set up with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and their abode is the fire, and evil is the abode of the unjust.” (Quran 3:151)

“And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!” (Quran 48:13)

Islam is against freedom of speech First amendment: Freedom of speech Based on the first amendment one can freely question and make statements. The Quran orders it’s followers not to ask questions and prohibits freedom of speech and thought. This violates the first amendment.

“..Nor is it right for you that ye should annoy Allah’s Messenger… Truly such a thing is in Allah’s sight an enormity.” (Quran 33:53)

The Muslims are not allowed to question the Islamic teachings nor the actions of the founder of Islam. Muslims and non-Muslims who question Islam are put to death in many Muslim dominated regions of the world.

Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account lost their faith.” [Quran 5:102] If Muslims were open minded and questioned the Islamic teachings. They would leave Islam. Islam is against civil rights First amendment: Right to peaceably assemble Based on the first amendment one can peacefully assemble against the government. The Quran orders it’s followers to accept the orders. Nobody is allowed to hold any peaceful demonstrations against the teachings of the Quran nor the actions of the Prophet. This violates the first amendment.

Say, “Obey Allah and the Messenger.” But if they turn away – then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.” [Quran 3:32]

Islam is against equality between men and women. The Quran very clearly preaches that all human beings are not equal. She is either following the wrong religion in ignorance or a master liar.

The declaration of independence states: All men are created equal…

“Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other.” (Quran 48:29)

The above verse clearly states that Muslims are only nice to each other and ruthless with non-Muslims. No equality among humans.

“The Believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers; and fear Allah, that ye may receive Mercy.” (Quran 49:10).

Based on the Quran the Muslims are only brothers with each other. The non-Muslims cannot be called their brothers.

“Do you who believe (in Allah’s Oneness and in His Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Verily, the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, and in the Message of Muhammad SAW) are Najasun (impure). So let them not come near Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah) after this year, and if you fear poverty, Allah will enrich you if He will, out of His Bounty. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.” (Quran 9:28)

Based on the above Quranic verse, the non-Muslims are impure and untouchable. In more than 50 countries where the Muslims are dominant, the non-Muslims have no equal rights, nor do the women have equal rights. Thus it very clear that not all humans are equal based on the Quran. Islam is a violation of the United States Constitution. “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other.“ (Quran 48:29).

Islam is very much against the non-Muslims. Mrs. Khan, it is very clear that based on your religion, not all human beings are equal in the eyes of Allah. If you truly believe that all humans are equal, you need to change your religion.

Muhammad said, ” No Muslim should be killed for killing a Kafir” (infidel). (Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol. 9:50)

The founder of Islam is stating that Muslims who murder non-Muslims cannot be punished.

“Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends. They are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their numbers. Allah does not guide the wrong-doers.” (Quran 5.51)

Muslims are not allowed to be friends with Christians and Jews. Another clear proof of inequality among human beings.

“I also saw the Hell-fire and I had never seen such a horrible sight. I saw that most of the inhabitants were women.” (Bukhari 2.018.161, Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Abbas)

Based on the founder of Islam, hell is full of women. Again, inequality among humans. Islam is against life and pursuit of happiness The declaration of independence allows everyone to live and pursue happiness. The Quran orders non-Muslims to pay a tax for their existence and thus make life and happiness hard for the non-Muslims. This is a violation of the United States Constitution.

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah, until they pay the tax in acknowledgement of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.” [Quran 9:29] .

Islam is for slavery, especially sex slavery Based on the amendment 13, slavery is prohibited by the United States Constitution.

“And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess..” (Quran 4:24)

“O Prophet! We have made lawful to you the wives to whom you have given their dowers; and those ladies whom your right hands possess (from the prisoners of war) whom Allah has assigned to you.” (Quran 33:50).

The above Quranic verses very clearly state that women and their daughters can be taken captive and made into sex slaves by the order of Allah. Just recently more than 5000 Yazidi women and more than 200 Nigerian girls were taken captive and made into sex slaves by Muslims who fully justified it with these Quranic verses. The Muslims will say this is in war only. In war or outside of war, it is most barbaric to take women captive and make them into sex slaves. It is against the United States Constitution to take women captive or to make women into sex slaves, in war or outside war.

“Muhammad selected Safiyyah because of her beauty, made her his wife and gave a banquet at the wedding; then he had sex with Saffiyah at Sa`d-AsSahba..” (Sahih Bukhari 4.52.143)

The founder of Islam himself took women captive and made them into sex slaves. In the above hadith, Safiyyah was a 17 year married women, her husband and other family members were killed by Muhammad and his men and then the founder of Islam raped Safiyyah, as clearly stated in the above hadith. He was around 58 at the time and other hadiths state this took place on the same day that Safiyyah’s husband was murdered. The Muslims will justify this by stating Safiyyah chose to have sex with him. There is no woman on the planet who would voluntarily have sex with the killer of her husband and other family members. WHERE ARE THE UNALIENABLE RIGHTS OF WOMEN TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS?

Conclusion

Islam is completely against the US Constitution. Islam is against the constitution of all civilized countries. The Quran demands nothing short of complete domination and Islamic rule, Sharia Law. Muslims are not qualified to become US Citizens nor the citizens of any civilized country. Just take a look around the world, wherever the Muslims are, they want Islamic rule. Even in Europe Muslims have created Islamic areas, Islamic courts, and Islamic parliaments. They want to do the same in everywhere country of the world.
