The Iran Nuclear Deal: How the US was Taken for a Ride
Last week, CIA Director Gina Haspel, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee saying — in contradiction to President Trump — that Iran is abiding by the nuclear deal it made with the world powers in 2015.
Apparently what this trio – as well as the entire European Union –failed to notice was that just a few days earlier — Iran’s nuclear chief Ali Akbar Salehi disclosed how Iran made a mockery out of the agreement, even to the point of admitting pictures of cement being poured down the Arak plutonium reactor’s core (as required by the agreement) were photoshopped.
Iran did pour concrete down the pipes of the heavy water reactor, but only after procuring new replacement pipes, Salehi revealed in a January 22 interview.
Only Salehi and Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei knew there were additional pipes, but did not tell anyone else about it.
Salehi also said Iran took “preliminary steps…to design modern 20 percent [nuclear] fuel and [that it is] on the threshold of producing it.” Salehi affirmed that domestic specialists will be able to keep all kinds of reactors similar to the Tehran Research Reactor running and outlined a number of ways Iran had exploited the agreement.
According to retired Lt. Colonel Michael Segall, a senior analyst at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, “Iran continues with its nuclear activities unabated. Iranian leaders confess they continued with nuclear development.”
In 1987, U.S. President Ronald Reagan signed the INF (intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces) Treaty with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. But Reagan only signed the agreement after the Russians conceded certain human rights to their citizens. In contrast, the Iranian nuclear deal made allowances for Iranian human rights violations, thereby subordinating American human rights concerns to the deal.
As a consequence, instead of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (the official name for the deal) serving as leverage for stability, countries in the Middle East such as Syria became a repository for dead bodies as Iran funneled its new-found money to terrorist organizations, including Hezbollah. And while the European Union and other nations condemned Trump’s decision to withdraw from the deal, their adverse judgment was clearly not out of concern for nuclear proliferation—to say nothing of human rights—but due to the fact they would have risked capital losses.
France’s trade with Iran grew 118 percent from January to October 2017, for example, (as compared to the same timeframe from the previous year). The French oil company Total concluded a $4.8 billion deal to develop the world’s largest gas field in Pars (southwest Iran) over the next 20 years. Germany gained $3.5 billion in exports to Iran in 2017. China’s trade with Iran was more than $37 billion in 2017; it exported $18.59 billion worth of goods, a growth of 13% from the previous year.
In contrast, U.S. sanctions, implemented after its pullout from the JCPOA, triggered mass protests throughout Iran calling for an end to their theocratic form of government. Yet, U.S. lawmakers and the EU seemed to ignore what Trump said when he announced the U.S. withdrawal from the agreement:
“It has now been almost 40 years since this dictatorship seized power and took a proud nation hostage. Most of Iran’s 80 million citizens have sadly never known an Iran that prospered in peace with its neighbors and commanded the admiration of the world. But the future of Iran belongs to its people. They are the rightful heirs to a rich culture and an ancient land. And they deserve a nation that does justice to their dreams, honor to their history, and glory to God.”
Traditionally, the Shiite idea of jihad is intimately linked to its perceptions of historical suffering and grievances, especially in light of the Twelfth (missing) Imam, who Shiites believe will return during the end of times and restore Islamic world order.
The Iranians hold that this Twelfth Imam can only be awakened from his trance by cataclysmic world events, which may be one of the reasons the ayatollahs are so adamant to acquire nuclear weapons.

The US make a “deal” with that Islamic tyranny of Iran and those in power in this Islamic regime still hate America and Americans . The reason why this is so is explained in the following essay .
Those ayatollahs and mullahs who have so much terrible power in this Islamic tyrannical Islamic regime of Iran desperately need America and the American people as well as other nations and other people to hate get the Iranians citizens all worked up against those “others” with so much hate the they chant “Death to American , Death to Israel ,death to England.” For the Muslim clerics and other in power in this Islamic tyranny need to distracted the Iranian people with an “enemy “ to hate so they don’t have time to stop and think and consider how brutally oppressed they actually are in this “mullah regime “ of Iran
Therefore , this Islamic tyranny of Iran is so inappropriately has the word “Republic” in its title. America’s National Security Adviser, John Bolton, had said that goal of the sanctions is not to make a “regime chance” but to cause charge for the better in the actions and polices by the heads of state in Iran . The reality is a goal for the better by those Muslim tyrants in their actions and polices, of any way of actual value, is completely unrealistic. For mullahs and the others in power in Iran are so thoroughly deceitful, demonic, wicked, vicious and cruel that they will not change their malicious ways. As explain in the Bible “What is crooked cannot be straightened; which is lacking cannot be counted.” Ecclesiastes 1:15. [N.I.V.] Indeed, Those malice -filled and hateful Muslim clerics who have much power in Iran along with the other Islamic stooges who rule Iran “cannot be counted” to make any chances for the better . The ayatollahs and mullahs in their likeminded Muslim partners in total governmental control of Iran are very anti- female m as in extremely misogynistic and oppressive ruthless to both girls and woman as well as all of the Iranian people who are trapped in forced to existed in this diabolical Islamic regime. As it is written in Proverbs 15:15. “All the days of the oppressed are wretched.” Likewise, Ecclesiastes 4:1 reads “ I saw the tears of the oppressed – and they have no comforter; power was in the side of the oppressors …” Furthermore ,Proverbs 28:15 very well describes such wicked characters who rule Iran as president Rouhani and ayatollah Khamenei . For it reads “Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked ruler over a helpless people.” Furthermore, such a vicious mindset of heinous arrogance of Rouhani, Khamenei and the other hateful and spiteful Islamic clerics in this “mullah regime” of Iran is reflected in the words from the Bible describing tyrannical villains in power of an oppressive regime. For Psalm 73:6—9 read “Therefore pride is their necklace:: they clothe themselves with violence. From their callous hearts comes iniquity; their evil ;their evil imaginations have no limits. They scoff and speak with malice; with arrogance they threaten oppression. Their mouths lay claim to heaven, and their tongues take possession of the earth.”
I in fact have many friends from Iran who may not like Trump but are absolutely behind him on pulling out of the Iran nuclear agreement with the hope that it will incur a change of government. It’s an absolutely horrible regime.
Obama and Kerry were such an unrealistic deluded fools if they actually, really, felt that there was any actual value of that “deal” with that tyrannical “mullah regime” of Iran .When ,Obama and Kerry in their folly attempted work out a compromise with those Muslim tyrants in power in Iran only had an awful results, This was outcome of foolishly trying to work out a compromise resulted that the hoax and farce of a “deal.” A former US President, Franklin D. Roosevelt , had well-spoken when he said “There has never been – there never can be – successful compromise between good and evil.”
On Tuesday, 2/5/ 19 in his second State on the Union a speech President Trump spoke of that Islamic tyranny of Iran as well as those in total power and complete of that tyrannical rogue state. For the President declared “It is a radical regime, they do bad, bad things.”
Moreover, an author of an article on a Freedom Site, Dariush Afshar, had explained the reality of the situation well when he wrote that the “People of Iran who fight for freedom in Iran and abroad put a huge gap and draw a prominent line between Iran and the Islamic regime in Tehran.”
This is sadly and tragically the terrible reality of this Islamic tyrannical regime of Iran. This Islamic tyranny has been well nicknamed “the mullahs regime” in which them mullahs and ayatollahs as well as other fiendish and fanatical Muslims in power have a strong and awful control of the Islamic regime of Iran and through their band of Islamic state “police” , who are called the “Revolutionary Guards “come down hard human rights of the Iranian people . Therefore, the Iranian people who are trapped and forced to exist in this Islamic tyranny live in terrible fear of the mullahs and others in power in Iran. This is a tragic and sad reminder of the wisdom that was printed in the periodical of Benjamin Franklin which is entitled POOR RICHARDS’ ALMANACK that reads “Those who are feared are also hated.”
