says on this verse
Start of ibn Kathir’s
quote:
The Believers do not befriend the Disbelievers
Sa`id bin `Abdul-`Aziz and others
said that this Ayah,
[لاَّ
تَجِدُ
قَوْماً
يُؤْمِنُونَ
بِاللَّهِ
وَالْيَوْمِ
الاٌّخِرِ]
(You
will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day...) was revealed
in the case of Abu `Ubaydah `Amir bin `Abdullah bin Al-Jarrah when he killed his
disbelieving father, during the battle of Badr. This is why when `Umar bin Al-Khattab
placed the matter of Khilafah in the consultation of six men after him, he said;
"If Abu `Ubaydah were alive, I would have appointed him the Khalifah.'' It
was also said that the Ayah,
[وَلَوْ
كَانُواْ
ءَابَآءَهُمْ]
(even though they were their
fathers), was revealed in the case of Abu `Ubaydah, when he killed his father
during the battle of Badr, while the Ayah,
[أَوْ
أَبْنَآءَهُمْ]
(or their sons) was revealed in the
case of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq when he intended to kill his (disbelieving) son, `Abdur-Rahman,
(during Badr), while the Ayah,
[أَوْ
إِخْوَنَهُمْ]
(or their brothers) was revealed
about the case of Mus`ab bin `Umayr, who killed his brother,
`Ubayd bin `Umayr, during Badr, and that the Ayah,
[أَوْ
عَشِيرَتَهُمْ]
(or their kindred) was revealed
about the case of `Umar, who killed one of his relatives during Badr, and also
that this Ayah was revealed in the case of Hamzah, `Ali and Ubaydah bin Al-Harith.
They killed their close relatives `Utbah, Shaybah and Al-Walid bin `Utbah that
day. Allah knows best. A similar matter is when Allah's Messenger consulted with
his Companions about what should be done with the captives of Badr. Abu Bakr As-Siddiq
thought that they should accept ransom for them so the Muslims could use the
money to strengthen themselves. He mentioned the fact that the captured were the
cousins and the kindred, and that they might embrace Islam later on, by Allah's
help. `Umar said, "But I have a different opinion, O Allah's Messenger! Let
me kill so-and-so, my relative, and let `Ali kill `Aqil (`Ali's brother), and
so-and-so kill so-and-so. Let us make it known to Allah that we have no mercy in
our hearts for the idolators.'' Allah said,
[أُوْلَـئِكَ
كَتَبَ فِى
قُلُوبِهِمُ
الإِيمَـنَ
وَأَيَّدَهُمْ
بِرُوحٍ
مِّنْهُ]
(For such He has written faith in
their hearts, and strengthened them with Ruh from Himself.) means, those who
have the quality of not befriending those who oppose Allah and His Messenger ,
even if they are their fathers or brothers, are those whom Allah has decreed
faith, meaning, happiness, in their hearts and made faith dear to their hearts
and happiness reside therein. As-Suddi said that the Ayah,
[كَتَبَ
فِى
قُلُوبِهِمُ
الإِيمَـنَ]
(He has written faith in their
hearts,) means, "He has placed faith in their hearts.'' Ibn `Abbas said
that,
[وَأَيَّدَهُمْ
بِرُوحٍ
مِّنْهُ]
(and strengthened them with Ruh
from Himself.) means, "He gave them strengths.'' Allah's statement,
[وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ
جَنَّـتٍ
تَجْرِى مِن
تَحْتِهَا
الاٌّنْهَـرُ
خَـلِدِينَ
فِيهَا رَضِىَ
اللَّهُ
عَنْهُمْ
وَرَضُواْ
عَنْهُ]
(And He will admit them to Gardens
under which rivers flow, to dwell therein. Allah is well pleased with them, and
they are well pleased with Him.) was explained several times before. Allah's
statement,
[رِّضِىَ
اللَّهُ
عَنْهُمْ
وَرَضُواْ
عَنْهُ]
(Allah is well pleased with them,
and they are well pleased with Him.) contains a beautiful secret. When the
believers became enraged against their relatives and kindred in Allah's cause,
He compensated them by being pleased with them and making them pleased with Him
from what He has granted them of eternal delight, ultimate victory and
encompassing favor. Allah's statement,
[أُوْلَـئِكَ
حِزْبُ
اللَّهِ أَلاَ
إِنَّ حِزْبَ
اللَّهِ هُمُ
الْمُفْلِحُونَ]
(They are the party of Allah.
Verily, the party of Allah will be the successful.) indicates that they are the
party of Allah, meaning, His servants who are worthy of earning His honor.
Allah's statement,
[أَلاَ
إِنَّ حِزْبَ
اللَّهِ هُمُ
الْمُفْلِحُونَ]
(Verily, the party of Allah will be
the successful.) asserts their success, happiness and triumph in this life and
the Hereafter, in contrast to those, who are the party of the devil,
[أَلاَ
إِنَّ حِزْبَ
الشَّيْطَـنِ
هُمُ
الخَـسِرُونَ]
(Verily, the party of Shaytan will
be the losers!) This is the end of the Tafsir of Surat Al-Mujadilah. All praise
and thanks are due to Allah.

Dear infidel Americans;
Please tell me how is it
possible for a bunch of neo-Islamists, in the guise of fiqh experts to be friendly with the ‘Great Satan’ when Allah
permits them to kill even their infidel brothers, sisters, parents….? It

should reject multiculturalism and “attack values” contrary to Islam, the
leaders of a radical Islamic sect have told followers.
About 200 people attended an “emergency” meeting

last night organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir, a radical group banned in several
countries.
In an address titled “The War on Islam Intesifies”,
group member Soadad Doureihi said the actions of Western nations in countries

Afghanistan
had prompted the actions of terrorists.
Brother Doureihi said Aistralia was one of the
battlegrounds where Muslims were fighting attempts to crush their culture and
our Government was trying to ensure the assimilation of Muslims through “fear
and intimidation.”
“They try to tell us we are Australian Muslims
rather than Muslims living in

,” he said. “Our allegiance is not with the ones who found this land but
with the one who created it, Allah.
Despite police fears of racial boilover, the meeting
proceeded without incident.

Let
us now request these American Fatwa people to enlighten us on those verses which
call for the pre-emptive murder of infidels (http://www.faithfreedom.org/Articles/AbulKasem50623.htm).
Are
those verses still current? If yes, then why do they not mention them? Why do
they hide the secret? If no, then will they agree in their fiqh to expunge them from the Qur.an? Are they prepared to issue
another American Fatwa to declare that all those verses calling for the murder
of infidels are now defunct and are of no effect? Will they be ready to print
and distribute a new version of the Qur’an sans all the verses deemed to be
offensive to the infidels? This will be their litmus test of sincerity in their
American Fatwa.
Dear
Fiqh experts;
Can
a Muslim be friendly with an infidel? Yes or no. If yes, then is the Muslim
contravening the Qur’an? If no, then why are you trying to be in friendly
terms with the infidels? Are you not breaking the rules of the Qur’an? Being fiqh
experts are you not betraying Islam? Why must the infidels trust your words? If
you are such a hypocrite then why must the Muslims abide by your fatwa?
Are you not doing such a dubious act to fool the credulous non-believers who
have little or no knowledge of the severity of Islam towards the unbelievers?
Conclusion:
Needless
to say, the American Fatwa issued by a few western-educated, urbane,
smooth-talking, cunning, deceitful and hypocritical Islamists will have little
impact on the mindset of the true Jihadists. To these diehard soldiers of Allah,
these American Mullahs are simply strategic allies who are allowed to say
matters that might contradict Islamic principles. But this is just a temporary
measure. Certainly, these American Mullahs are great friends of those Jihadists—the
true Muslims. While living and breathing in infidel lands they are planning the
annihilation of the very country that nurtured them and provided them with
opportunities to improve their lots. As explicated above by the Islamic leader

, the loyalty of true Islamists can
never be with
America
,
Britain
,
Australia
,
Canada
or
New Zealand
. Their only loyalty is to Islam and Allah. Their only goal is to convert these
gullible infidels to Islam. Their slyness is to lie low, for the time, and
explode like an atom bomb when the right opportunity arrives. Lets not be
kidding—
Britain
had already paid a heavy price for trusting these extremely dangerous people.
Their number may be microscopic (probably around 0.1% of Muslim population) but
they are potentially lethal. Make no mistake that this small number of Islamists
is in complete sympathy with the Islamic terrorists who take lives of innocent
civilians, both infidels and not-so-good Muslims (Muslim by name only). To both
of these groups the Qur’an is the only source for anything and everything.
Both agree 100% of what the Qur’an says. Together, they are striving in the
same direction—the globalization of Islam. We must identify these 5th
columnists lurking around all infidel lands in the guise of members of dubious
Islamic Organizations but whose sole motivation is to replace the current
civilization with an Arab-Bedouin civilization which is also
known as the Islamic civilization.
Finally,
here are a few more questions to test their honesty and sincerity in what they
preach:
Why is it necessary to have a fiqh
council in the heart of an infidel country?
Are
not Islamic Paradises the best places to discuss about Islamic Jurisprudence and
sharia?
Do
the members agree that the American way of life is un-Islamic? Yes or no?
If
American society is un-Islamic then do they plan to civilize this society? How?
Do
they agree that President George Bush is a ‘crusader’?
Do
they think that Islamic sharia must
replace the American secular laws?
Why
do they not send their American Fatwa to the Islamic Terrorist organizations in
Pakistan
,
Iran
,
Iraq
and other Islamic Paradises?
Why
no such American Fatwa is/was issued after 9/11 or after the beheading and
murder of infidel hostages in
Iraq
?
Let
