Step  One

Osama would argue first that the U.S. Muslims had misquoted “Qur’an, 5:32.”  This abbreviation means “Qur’an, at chapter 5, verse-law 32.”  As a literalist, Sheik Bin Laden  would next argue that the U.S. Muslims’ Fiqh Council is hypocritical and, indeed,   dishonored Allah by corruptly suppressing part of Qur’an (5:32) from the U.S. Fatwa.   In the printing of the entire verse-law, he would see, there are words omitted in the U.S. Fatwa Against Terrorism.  The  capitalized words below approximate the words used in the Fatwa.  These here capitalized and quoted  words, carefully carved out from full verse-law, constitute  U.S. Muslims’ central proof for their Fatwa.  The U.S. Fatwa orders that Islam is a no-terrorism and no-extremism religious ideology.

Qur’an 5-32   Verse-Law- Sentences --   “Allah shows He then decreed for the Jews, as Children of Israel, that IF  ANYONE  SLAYS  ANOTHR PERSON as opposed to a slaying authorized for another slaying or for spreading mischief in the land, THEN SUCH  SLAYING  IS AS  IF HE  SLEW  THE WHOLE  PEOPLE;   furthermore, Allah decreed that IF  ANYONE  SAVED  A LIFEIT  WOULD  BE  AS  IF  HE  SAVED  THE  WHOLE  PEOPLE;  wherefore, Allah sent His messengers with clear revelations to the Jews, and yet the Jews continued to do wrongful deeds in the land.”   [source -- Qur’an, chapter 5, verse-law 32;  compare Ali-Pickthall-Shakir trans. at e.g. <guten berg.org/etext>

Step  Two

Sheik Bin Laden or any other of the terrorist literalists would yet draw attention as follows.   In the above full quote, Osama would argue, one  sees the initial set of words omitted from the 2005 Fatwa.  These words are the following.

“On that account, Allah shows He then decreed for the Jews, as Children of Israel

Sheik Bin Laden and the literal Qur’an readers  of the radical WIFront would propagandize this omission.  What if the U.S. Muslim leaders had not deleted  the  introductory words to Allah’s revealed verse 5:32?  Sheik Bin Laden would argue this.  It would turn the meaning of the 2005 Fatwa on its head.  Allah addressed Qur’an (5:32) to the “Jews, as Children of Israel.”  In contrast, the U.S. Muslim leaders in their 2005 Fatwa state that Qur’an (5:32) is addressed to their membership, being Muslims.  Who is right, the U.S. Muslim leaders, or Allah?  Hands down, Osama and the WIFront leaders would say that Allah rules.

Step  Three:   War  Maxims

Sheik Bin Laden would contend that the U.S. Muslim leadership are actually  issuing  commands to the inimical Jews. Thus, the U.S. Fatwa’s three commands though implicit are really those shown next below.   Therefore, these rather would be Allah’s true orders.

            “’1. …[Jewish] terrorism…[is] forbidden,’ and ‘2.   [A Jew must not]…cooperate with terrorists,’ and ‘3….[Jews must] cooperate with law enforcement….’”

In their propaganda, the literalists of the radical World Islamic Front would then reformulate.   From the above  verse-law of Qur’an (5:32),  Sheik Bin Laden could then use the following four war maxims to guide  World Islamic Front commandoes.

                               a.  war maxim -- If a Jew slays  a single Muslim, the World Islamic Front  must commence or maintain war against all Jews, worldwide.  [authority:  Qur’an, chapter 5, verse-law 32]

                                b.  war maxim -- Allah’s law on point is that if any Jew slays  a single Muslim it is the same as if such Jew has slain the entire Islamic brotherhood.  Op. cit.

c.  war maxim --  Furthermore,   World Islamic Front commandoes must slay any Jew who spreads mischief  in the land.   Op. cit.

d. war maxim -- World Islamic Front commandoes and collaborators regularly

must investigate all Jews.  This is an order from Allah,  because Allah states that Jews continue to do wrongful deeds of mischief in the lands.  Op. cit.

War Laws -- The Four Verse-Set

Sheik Bin Laden would propagandize that the U.S. Fiqh Council Muslims omitted other words.   In the U.S. Fatwa’s quotation of Qur’an (5:32) were these other omissions. These words appear at the end of the verse-law.

Step  One

The WIFront leader  would assert that,  in the above full quote of Qur’an (5:32), he and others  can see a concluding set of words was omitted.   These words are as follow.

“…wherefore, Allah sent His messengers with clear revelations to the Jews, and yet the Jews continued to do wrongful deeds in the land.”

Seeking further to pervert the meaning of the 2005 Fatwa, the literalist would argue as follows.   Such omitted, closing words would show what Allah intended. What was to be done about such Jews, as non-Muslims, who “continued to do wrongful deeds”?

The literal answer is in the subsequent three verse-laws, numbered 33 and 34 and 35.  Osama would argue that the pro-peace U.S. Muslims hid these words. One presumes the U.S. President and his envoy read these Qur’an verses.  Allah yet reveals express guidance on  terrorism and the value of extremism.  The Presidency must believe that Allah did not mean what He said.   This point, Sheik Bin Laden would contend, further discredits the Fiqh Council’s peaceful purpose.  Rather,  all four verse-laws, together, constitute a set of hard-drive war laws.

“Muslims view the Qur’an as God’s direct words in Arabic to the Prophet Muhammad (d[ied] 632 [A.D.])…[and this view]… is based on several verses of the Qur’an….”  [20]

First below are listed all four verse-laws.  Second, printed beneath the verse-laws  are the war maxims which the WIFront can derive from the four verse-laws.  The capitalized words, again,  are the only words quoted in the pro-peace 2005 U.S. Fatwa.

Step  Two -- All Four, Related Verse-Laws

Surely the President and his envoy had read the following four verse-laws of the Qur’an by September 2, 2005.  In English, it takes only a moment.  U.S. Muslims’ Fiqh Council of North America had anchored their U.S. Fatwa on the first verse-law, number 32. In their universe of peace diplomacy and anti-war optimism, however, none of them -- the U.S. politicians or the U.S. Muslim leaders -- yet believed the full and literal verse-laws.  The very interested WIFront leaders, however, do believe them.  In verse-law Qur’an (5:32) below, the U.S. Fatwa’s approximate quoted words from this verse are capitalized as done above.

Qur’an 5-32, 33, 34 and 35   Verse-Law Sentences --

5-32“On that account, Allah shows He then decreed for the Jews, as Children of Israel, that IF ANY ONE SLAYS ANOTHER PERSON, as opposed to a slaying authorized for another slaying or for spreading mischief in the land, THEN SUCH SLAYING IS AS IF HE HAS SLAIN THE WHOLE PEOPLE;  FURTHERMORE, IF ANYONE SAVED A LIFE, IT WOULD BE AS IF HE SAVED A WHOLE PEOPLE;   wherefore, Allah sent His messengers with clear revelations to the Jews, and yet the Jews continued to do wrongful deeds in the land.

5-33”Allah decrees that He will punish those non-Muslims who wage war against the Muslims, who believe in Allah and Muhammad;  furthermore, He will punish such non-Muslims for their striving with might and main for mischief throughout the land;

“as well, the punishment is to be that such non-Muslims be executed, or crucified, or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides, or that they be exiled from the land;  wherefore, such is the non-Muslims’ disgrace in this world, and Allah accords them heavy punishment in everlasting life.

5-34”Allah shows that those non-Muslims who repent before Muslims capture them will not suffer such punishment;  wherefore, Allah is oft-forgiving and…merciful.

5-35“In war and peace, a Muslim will prosper, so long as he performs his duties owed to Allah, praises Allah in his daily life, and strives in Allah’s cause in war to advance Islam into non-Muslim lands.”    [source -- Qur’an, chapter 5, verse-laws 32, 33, 34,  35; compare Ali-Pickthall-Shakir trans. at e.g. <gutenberg .org/etext>

Step  Three:  The Resulting War Maxims

Sheik Bin Laden  then could  complete reformulating of all four of the above  verse-laws.  They become war maxims.  By Internet such maxims, below, would travel outward to inform and motivate the Islamic brotherhood.

Following are the WIFront war maxims here presumed.  They are formulated by the author.  They are based on Qur’an (5:32) and the three related verse-laws.  It was ignorance and his different mindset, would say Sheik Bin Laden.  A Christian, but not a literalist one, the U.S. President refuses to believe it.  How could a sane Muslim believe the Qur’an is the very word of Allah? The President disbelieves his own Bible is the very word of God.
