India: Muslims kidnap and rape Hindu girl for over two months

In a harrowing incident emerging from Uttar Pradesh, India, a 14-year-old Hindu girl hailing from the marginalized Dalit community was kidnapped, inhumanly tortured, and gang-raped for over two months by a group of Muslim men. The case has once again raised serious concerns about the safety of Hindu girls, especially minors, in India.

According to reports, the Hindu minor’s ordeal started on January 2, 2025, when she stepped out of the house to visit a local shop. She was abducted on her way by four youths, identified as Salman, Zubair, Rashid, and Arif, who forced her into a car after rendering her unconscious with an intoxicant. They took the girl to an undisclosed location, confined her in a room, and subjected her to repeated rapes for the entire duration.

During this captivity, the perpetrators also inflicted unbearable physical torture upon this young girl, aside from the forced sexual assaults. They burned an “Om” tattoo on her hand with acid, beat her up, and denied her clothes. Reportedly, they also force-fed her beef. These horrific acts of the gang of Muslims emphasize the religious nature of the crime. They targeted the girl because she was a kaffir. They burned her “Om” tattoo with acid because the word has strong religious significance for Hindus. They fed her beef because Hindus are known to be averse to beef consumption due to religious restrictions. The crime committed on the victim by a bunch of Muslims is rooted in and encouraged by their religious beliefs and fanaticism, and there is no other explanation for such barbarity. They not only violated her body, but also aimed at erasing and altering her cultural and religious identity.

The victim managed to escape the captors on March 2, 2025, and returned home in a distressed state. Her family promptly complained to the local police. A case was registered at the Bhagatpur police station under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, and most importantly, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The victim said in her statement that the accused, named Salman, told her that he was getting funds to carry out Islamic jihad in the country and convert Hindu girls to Islam. “I (Salman) receive huge funding for carrying out Islamic jihad. You are just a small girl. I have converted so many girls like you to Islam. We (Muslims) will go to jannat (heaven) for doing this,” she recounted in the FIR, quoting the accused. “Whenever I gained consciousness, I used to ask them (the accused) for food. They used to give me buffalo meat or beef to eat. When I refused to eat it, they force-fed me beef and raped me.” she added.

Law enforcement agencies have initiated investigations into the incident. As of March 6, 2025, one of the accused, Salman, has been arrested and remanded in custody. The other three suspects — Zubair, Rashid, and Arif — remain at large, with police efforts underway to apprehend them. The victim’s family has also reported receiving threats and pressure to withdraw the case, highlighting the challenges faced by victims seeking justice.

Now, what is more disturbing is that this very abduction, repeated sexual assaults and physical torture of the Hindu minor by a bunch of Muslim rogues is the absolute and deafening silence from the elites, and, of course, the “good Muslims” of the Indian society.

Many Muslims in India — both those reputed to be moderates and hardliners — frequently highlight two specific cases in order to reinforce the narrative of “Muslims as the ultimate victims in India.” These cases include the 2002 Bilkis Bano rape case, which occurred during the Gujarat riots following the burning of a train by Muslim rioters, and the 2018 murder of Asifa Bano in Jammu & Kashmir state of India. In both instances, the perpetrators were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. Despite widespread condemnation from the Hindu community and strong support for justice for the victims, global left-leaning media outlets continued to vilify Hindus as a collective, painting the community as a whole in a negative light.

In contrast, numerous cases emerge each year in which Hindu women, both adults and minors, fall victim to sexual violence and murder at the hands of Muslim men. Yet such cases rarely receive more than a brief mention in the media, often confined to a short news report. Left-leaning international media, which is known to be made up of unabashed Muslim-sympathisers, largely remains indifferent to crimes against Hindus by Muslims, failing to highlight these brutal incidents with the same intensity.

Moreover, influential figures from cinema, art, pop culture, and journalism — who are often vocal about crimes against Muslims — rarely, if ever, speak out against such horrific acts committed by individuals from fanatics of their religious community who do it for their religion. When Hindu girls become victims of such violence, there is a deafening silence from these quarters.

Despite the existence of POCSO, judges have shown leniency towards convicted Muslim rapists, citing ideals such as “every sinner has a future.” Such judicial attitudes, combined with media indifference, embolden perpetrators such as Salman and Rashid, fostering an environment where the next Hindu child on the street becomes their target.

This case is yet another addition to a series of cases where Muslim men trap non-Muslim women in relationships for purposes of conversion or sexual exploitation, often murdering them if they resist.

There are numerous such cases of killings of Hindus by Muslims in India, and as compared to that, the number of cases of killings of Muslims in retaliation or in similar inter-religious affairs are very lesser in number. In India, as per the 2011 census, the Hindus are 79.8% while Muslims are 14.23%. But the actual violent behavior, killings, attempted murders and forcible conversions by Muslims are far more. There are almost zero, if not completely zero, cases of Muslims being forced to convert to Hinduism, and very few cases of attacks on them, as compared to attacks by them on others. But this doesn’t suit the narrative of Leftists and Islamists, who want to paint Muslims as victims.

The claim that ‘Love Jihad’ is merely a ‘conspiracy theory’ is another lie. It is a brutal fact, seen from the numerous cases of conversions, attempted conversions, and a pattern of using fake identities to deceive non-Muslim women, including Christian women in the state of Kerala [in which Christians are more than 18% of the population]. Islamists and Leftists have tried to suppress the killings of Hindu men by radical Muslims for having affairs with Muslim women, e.g. Ankit Saxena, Dablu Singh, Rahul Rajput in the national capital of India itself, and numerous others in various other places. As just one example, Sanjay Kumar, a Hindu was tortured, mutilated and brutally killed by Muslims in Haryana state of India in August 2018, for having a Muslim wife, and not converting to Islam.

There have been many brutal cases in the past. In 2018, a Muslim in India’s financial capital Mumbai held a 27-year old Hindu girl captive & sexually assaulted her for 2 and half months, also tonsured her head, threatened to kill her, after she refused to convert to Islam & marry him. He showed her videos of evangelist Zakir Naik. He showed her mobile phone videos of him sexually assaulting her and started to blackmail her. Initially, he kept her confined to his home during which he repeatedly raped her and also beat her with leather belt. He took away her debit card and withdrew Rs. 40,000 from her account. This happened in India, not in Pakistan.

Can anyone imagine Hindu men doing this to Muslim women, trying to force them to convert to Hinduism, in Pakistan, or for that matter, even in India? There was absolutely no reprisal on a single Muslim in India after this incident. Since the religions of the rapist and victim were inconvenient, the media almost totally suppressed this case.

In October 2020, a 21-year old Hindu girl Nikita Tomar was shot dead in broad daylight on CCTV camera in the state of Haryana by Muslims for refusing to convert to Islam and marry her stalker. Her killers got life imprisonment, which is only a 14-year jail term. There was absolutely no reprisal. An identical incident similar to the Nikita Tomar case happened in the same state of Haryana in December 2021 again in which the girl miraculously survived-till now.

There is a pattern of Muslim men using fake Hindu names to befriend Hindu girls in India, and after marriage revealing their true name and religion and forcing the girl to convert to Islam. Many such cases have been documented, with the pattern being clearly evident, by courageous journalists of a magazine Swarajya. The cases can be seen here. There was a high-profile case involving a national level woman shooter of India, named Tara Sahdeo, whose partner introduced himself as Ranjit Kumar Kohli, but after marriage revealed himself to be Raqibul Hasan Khan and tried to force her to convert to Islam. This was attempted in case of an individual with such a national level status.
