Freedom of Speech?
What Freedom of Speech?

Independent Observer

How much freedom we have in the West? Apparently not much!

Wikipedia is a growing online encyclopedia edited by everyone. But this encyclopedia has been taken over by Islamists and Islamophiles who practice heavy censorship and control everything that is published there. A friend informed me of his problems with the Islamists there and I wrote the following article about lack of freedom of speech in Islam and how Muslims censor any point of view that is contrary to theirs. In matters of SECONDS, my article was removed. I posted it again, and again it was deleted within few seconds. I repeated the posting and they repeated the deletion. No explanation was give and with the swiftness that the article was deleted it is clear that it was not read. Perhaps just the subtitle "Islam" in a page talking about freedom of speech was enough for them to be suspicious of the content of that article and decided to remove it at once before reading it.

Here is that article:

Islam

Is Islam for freedom of speech? It depends who is the beneficiary. Muslims strongly support freedom of speech when it is about their freedom but they deny the same freedom to others. When the Prophet Muhammad was still in Mecca and in minority he said “Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error” 2:256  However, when he came to power, he denied that freedom to others and said: “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day” even if they are the People of the Book, (Christians and Jews) until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 9:29  or “If anyone desires a religion other than Islam, never will it be accepted of him. 3:85

Muslims in the West and other non-Islamic countries are the standard-bearers of freedom of speech, when their own freedom is at stake but they categorically deny the same for others. The case of Salman Rushdie is only a token. Muslims are very active censoring and attacking those who express views contrary to theirs.

In Islamic countries teaching other religions is against the law and both the preacher and the convert could face death penalty. In Saudi Arabia possession of Bible is a crime that is punishable with flogging, prison and even execution. [3]

In Wikipedia Muslims often clash with other editors because they keep removing articles that are critical of Islam.  They patrol Wikipedia as thought police to ensure no view critical of Islam is expressed. Under the pretext that the articles critical of Islam are not “neutral”, “bash peoples' beliefs and religions” or the critics are not important persons, they systematically delete articles that are not to their liking. For Muslims, anyone who criticizes Islam is an unimportant person, a troll and his views should not appear in Wikipedia.

On the other hand Muslims freely bash all other religions. The Prophet Muhammad cursed the Jews and Christians.9:30 , called the unbelievers "impure" 9:28, the Jews monkeys and swine,2:65, 5:60, 7:166 and  ordered the slaying of unbelievers9:5, 8:12

At this moment, Islam is the only major religion that practices censorship of ideas.

My username in Wikipedia is Independent Observer.  Hereis the version of the page on Freedom of Speech in Wikipedia containing the above article on Islam.

After five times posting and five times being deleted I was finally banned. The person who kept deleting my article is one administrator of Wikipedia called Rjeand another Jpgordon. The following is the standard explanation given by the former who banned me:

"We operate a strict Neutral Point of View Policy, your edits to Freedom of Speech do not conform with this and have been removed. Rje 22:50, Jun 26, 2005 (UTC)

Your edits do not co form with Wikipedia policy, which do not include Freedom of Speech. if you add your biased essay again you will break our 3 revert rule and you will be blocked. Rje 22:57, Jun 26, 2005 (UTC)"

Neutral Point of View? That is a pretty good excuse for censorship. The point is who is to decide what is neutral? Which part of my article is not neutral? Is there anything in my article that is subjective and not based on facts? I provided one or more links to every statement I made. Can the factuality of the article be disputed? Can Muslims be neutral in judging the neutrality of an article about Islam? For Muslims and their Islamophile allies anything that is against their faith is biased, racist and must be censored. As my friend wrote, asking Muslims to judge about the neutrality of an article about Islam is like inviting a son to act as a jury in the trial of his father. Neutral for Muslims is only what agrees with Islam. Also how can one decide whether an article is neutral or not without reading it? As the history of the postings show, my article was removed in matters of seconds.

This incident in Wikipedia is just the tip of the iceberg of how freedom of speech in the West has become hostage to Islamism and Islamofasciam. What I wrote in that article is factual. I supported my statement by links to the Quran and under no circumstances I broke the written guideline of Wikipedia. But of course there is an "unwritten guideline" not just in Wikipedia but in many Western and especially Liberal and Leftist media and that is: "Thou shalt not criticize Islam". All other religions can be criticized but not Islam. The only reason this article was deleted and I was banned is for the very reasons explained in that article. Can these two administrators explain their actions? Can they explain what were the guidelines broken? Definitely not. No expressed guideline was broken except the fact that Islam is taking over and freedom of speech is becoming a hostage.

Would this article have been removed with such swiftness if it was about any other religion? Are articles critical of Christianity removed? Of course not! There is a subtitle called Opposing viewpoints in the page dedicated to Christianity. In Wikipedia you can express your opposing views on any religion but not on Islam. If you break this unwritten rule you will be immediately branded by the Muslims and Islamophiles patrolling that site 24/7 as Islamophobe, your article will be deleted and you will be banned.

This is just to show how Islam has infiltrated in our world and how it deals with truth and any voice of dissent. Islam must suffocate any criticism in order to survive. If the influence of Islamists is not curtailed, in matter of a few years anyone whispering a word against Islam will be jailed and eventually put to death by defenders of Islam. Is this how we want our world to go down?

How can Islamists hijack a free encyclopedia and become the "thought police" for others when they are fewer in number? It is because Muslims are militant. They are waging their holy war. They are focused to win this war by hooks and crooks. Each Muslim, in his own capacity, is a jihadi. Cyber terrorism is a facet of Islamic terrorism and it is part of Jihad. The rest of mankind are peaceful, laid back and easy going people living their lives without realizing that they are under attack. The Islamists are staging a raid on mankind. They have overtaken Wikipedia and many of them have become administrators of that site. So they have total control of what can be published. Some administrators are foolish appeasers of Muslims who would happily break every rule of freedom and democracy and even call racist the critics of Islam in order to please Muslims and protect their "sensitivity". The rest is oblivious of how their liberties is under attack and how Islamism is gradually creeping into the fabric of their societies, changing the laws of their countries, making criticism of Islam unlawful and hampering on their freedoms.
