1. Scrap 295A from our constitution.

IPC 295A - "Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs."

Due to this IPC code our media cant publish any article which hurts the religious sentiments of Indians.(Note the A after 295, its 295A)

We need to give complete freedom of speech for media and should a reporter wants to publish some news or article against any religion, he should be allowed to do it, without any scare for law suit or libel, even if it offends religious feelings.

This code will sop the responsibility on religious people to decide they get offended or not.

In a democracy the only right you have is the right to get offended. Thats how democracy works.

Now in India anyone can create a religion and say anything in that sacred text and Indian law will protect that person. That needs to be changed.

2. Promote the copy of quran free by govt in respective mother tongue of Indians.


If you read quran once as a non-muslim, you will know what is in stock towards a non-muslim in quran.
This will enable non-muslims to realize the hate and bigotry in quran especially towards polytheists, which are hindus.

In quran, there is only 2 choice Hindus have, they are

1. Convert to Islam
2. Or die

But christians and jews has one more option, which is to pay Jizya, thats a tax they should pay to the muslim ruler in order to follow their religion and get protected.

Isnt this similar to the protection given to shop owners by Mumbai underworld? Not only that, Jizya is a degrading tax and no place in our civilized society.

3. Right to carry arms for defense at home

Amend our constitution to carry fire arms for self-defense at home for people, to avoid Kashmir style atrocities and routing.
From 1989, 400,000 kashmiri pandits are living in other parts of India as refugees, this could have been avoided if the people had arms to defend themselves.

This kind of atrocities will happen again, if people cannot protect themselves. Not only that, jihadis are well armed and they easily get the AK 47 they need, people at the receiving end are the taz paying law abiding people like you and me.

Another advantage is, politicians will feel some more responsibility, if people are armed, they will realize if they fail to protect the people, people will take out politicians first.

I know that there is chance that India become a anarchy with gun wielding people roaming around like in Afgan, but thats only a scare, because normally people dont want to involve in fights, they want to leave their own peaceful life, they get agitated only if govt fails to protect them.

In US everyone can buy arms and use it for defense at home, its not an anarchy. On the other hand, its the most secure country in terms of business investment in the world, due to the fact that govt of US is most secure in world.

Please dont bring in crime rate to prove this wrong, I know that crime rate is high in US compared to India, but that alone is not the criteria to determine the security of a govt.

4. Burn Jihadis in pig oil wraped in pig skin once they are dead

I know non-muslims will scoff at this idea as trivial and superstitious or naive. But I sure this is a splendid idea.

According to Islamic theology, if a dead body touched by pig skin cannot enter Islamic heaven with 72 virgins and for gay Jihadis pearl eyed boys.

According to Islamic theology, a dead muslim will be tortured in grave if he is a bad muslim. Good muslims are not tortured, they lie in thier grave and Mohammad will recommend these good muslims to heaven on judgment day or dooms day.

Jihadis assume that they are good muslims. By taking out the gestation period for heaven in the grave by burning the dead body, we are denying the religious right of a Jihadi to go to heaven.

We all know that a jihadi is a fanatic religious person and he believes Islam to be the ultimate truth and everything in quran is true. Our sykic in this forum, a moderate muslim believe in judgment day and heaven, so just think about a jihadi, he is dying for it.

Now even if this doesnt work, this is a very easy and very cheap thing to do. Whats there for us to loose?

I think we should make this our policy, even moderate muslims cant oppose this idea, due to the fact that, they always tells us, Jihadis are not muslims.

5. Rein in on mullahs.

Prophet Mohammad was a coward man, he never fought any war personaly just for one occasion, at that time too, he was in the backside of the army just cursing.

He always instigated his followers to do all the evil act, just like many cowards in the history.

Similarly, these mullahs are cowards, these mullahs follow Mohammads policy of instigating hate from behind the scenes in almost every mosques in India.

We need to control these mullahs very strictly by some kind of law and monitor their movements.
We need to bring some special laws for instigating hate when that person is a religious person who preaches in religious organizations.

These mullahs dont want to die, but they motivate and inspire young jihadis to die for the cause of Islam. In the process, these mullahs earn points to go to heaven. Thats all Islam is all about, earning points to go to heaven. Fighting jihad with person is the fast way, another way is mullahs way accumulating points by sending jihadis to fight for Islam.

Its not about implementing, its about spreading the information since majority of non-muslims lives in a democracy.

In a democracy, knowledge is power and politicians make laws according to the wish of the public.
