Yeah! In Christianity, you can be as holy as you want or be as sinful as you want! Nobody gives a damn because no body is holy enough to judge others! "Judge not lest ye be judged!"

Let me tell you about your Islam rajif :

You want to do good, say, befriend kuffars, shake hands with kuffars, BUT Allah forbids you not to touch kuffars or not to make friend with them! THAT'S PURE SATANIC don't you see that? .... the very reason religion was created was to let peace prevail, yet here we have Islam undoing what even pagans find good!!! But this is Islam! ... right Ms Westerner?

Do you know of many Malay Christians in Singapore? How are your interests as Christians safeguard by authorities in Singapore? Are you invisible??

I am new here anyway.

Hmm, yeah, I am an apostate from Islam. Am not going to pin point the religion, but i feel that God himself is directing me to know Christ.

My story is not an interesting one. Basically, I have this affinity with Christ, even though I do not know him well last time. I was always curious about Him.

People often asked me, if anyone from the church influence me, or giving me money, hhahaha.... and all that is false! No one influenced me.. nor give me money. I turn to Christ on my own accord. And I am a happier person now!

Im lucky to be a singaporean, because down here i can walk and take the train while holding my bible to read... No discrimination or anything. Sure I do get stares from malay muslims sometimes, but what can they do? haha

And one funny thing i read in a forum which i forgot what, the muslims were discussing abt the holy water. They claimed that if an apostate drink the water, their toungues will be twisted and cannot say out quranic verses anymore.. hahah i find it funny. They even call it the devil's water.. Clearly they do not know much. I for once have not drank any holy water. or even touch it b4. (am a anglican)

Oh well, hope to hear more people from my country or the same race as me.. MALAY.

Thanks.

Hypocrite Christians used to write this kinda testimony saying that they have left Islam on one hand, and start praising Jesus on the other. This is nothing new at all. You are just one of them.

Can you further elaborate, why are they hypocrites?
Muslims are supposed to praise Jesus too don't you remember?

Dear sea,

Welcome to humanity!

Muslims are not known for their hypocrisy but he won't be the first to be any different since he does not know why Jesus was sacrificed by Allah or why Jesus was persecuted.

The government will charge ex-Malay Muslims for sedition. Wow...sounds like an apostasy law initiated by local Muslims already.

Good on you camper boy!!

I hope in the future to see more Malays seize their rights to freedom of religion in Singapore and be brave and step out.

I think you are quite fortunate to have understanding parents.

Many of my Malay friends don't really care about Islam, but are still afraid to leave, because of family, friends and community ostracisation. I think you are very brave for making that move, and hopefully will inspire more to do so.
