This is absolutely wonderful.....I pray this German Chap stays safe and doesn't back down from his pertinent remarks on Islam!!
This is exactly what so many of us here and all Ex Muslims have been saying for centuries.......
Also, you gotta love the Orwellian defense of Muhammed where the Muslim chap at the end refers to Muhammed as 'The pioneer of peace'..............that is so appalling and an affront to the hundreds of millions of victims of Islam's messenger!! |

Why do civilized nations even have diplomatic relations with countries like this?
Why have a discussion group and not let someone have his say? _________________ "Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf." - George Orwell |

I have to wonder, why does Prof. Kippenberg, as a Westerner, know so much about the reality of Islam, yet he seems to be so ignorant to have put himself in such grave danger?
I also find the following quote extremely funny:
| Quote: |
| Professor Syed Belayet Hossain said, "The German Professor Hans's speech is unpardonable as he made taunting and derogatory remarks about the peaceful religion Islam and pioneer of peace Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him)". Professor Hossain declared, "Because of Hans speech, if the coalition government does not punish him exemplarily, then the devotee people would surround the German embassy" |

The difference lies in certain people deciding that speaking the truth is better than personal safety. I doubt he is ignorant of the the danger he places himself. More and More people will speak against Islam in public . The cover of respectability that islam enjoys because of the lie that it is a religion needs to be removed. Good for the Herr Dokter!. _________________ Ali Sina: "The truth is out there for those who want to see it. It is beyond doubt."

I do not doubt that there are such people, but was it worth risking his life to deliver one speech? If the profeesor was dedicated to expose the truth about Islam, he could do a lot more by staying alive to find other ways to spread his words. _________________ |

That would be very similar to the idea of martyrdom.
Of course I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
I wish him well, and I wish what he did would inspire others. _________________ |

| We need more scientists like this one to have the courage to openly speak out against Islam. |

Wonderful! What this guy did was right, he spoke the truth and showed courage. The only thing is that I haven't seen the mainstream media covering this. So, his words might just be thrown to the wind and have no effect at all, except to piss off a couple of Islamist nutcases. There are still too few people speaking out about the truth behind Islam, there’s still too much political correctness, and the media don’t dare to cover such stories. They rather print the usual blah-blah about Islam being a religion of peace. There’s so much talk about Islam these days, but I have never ever seen anything about the true history of how Islam developed and about who Mohamed really was.
I wish Prof. Kippenberg all the best. Thank you for your courage! |

All these little bits count. It's called the Butterfly Effect - a theory claiming that a tiny flutter of a butterfly-wing can create a chain of events that leads to a storm in another place on the planet. 8-)

I suspect that a lot of westerners know about Islam. There is a need for people to stand up and speak in public. He might not have gotten exposure but he is leading the way of telling the muslim that Islam is not a religion. They need to hear it. They need to hear it from all sorts of people. All ehy have been getting to date are people like Esposito and Armstrong! _________________ Ali Sina: "The truth is out there for those who want to see it. It is beyond doubt."

It would be nice if we could get a copy of his speech and post it on FFI. _________________ These are the root of all evil: fear of god, of death, of pain, and desire which goes beyond what nature requires for a happy life.

The main stream media is too PC to give it coverage. But the threat to take action against the German mission if actually done could shead some light on these Islamic scum. Basically the Islamist said that if you say something about our religion that we don't like we will shut down your embassy. _________________ "Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf." - George Orwell |
