HISAM SIDAOUI defends Islam

Mr Ali Sina,

I am Al-Hamdullah a Muslim , born and bred in Australia for 43 years.
Being an individual who has made his convicted religious choice of living, and a minority member in a Western society, has its challenges particularly in these troubled times. Then there are the mischief-makers, rather, scavengers like yourself who feed in a frenzy on trouble, just to make a name for themselves.

I have never heard of you before. I accidently crossed your website whilst linking to the Aljazeera site. So don't think I’ve overrated you, or the name you have made of yourself yet. I write this message because it is Friday and I am preparing for prayers. I am duty-bound to confront your evil. Yes it is evil, because I can read straight through you and your motives.

You are not about advising, informing, enlightening or arguing any bona fide academic religious debate. You are about yourself , making a controversial name with your provactive statements, a ratings seeker, targetting the vulnerably misinformed.

You are an entertainer, a shock-jock, a Jerry Springer (equal sophistication), desperately seeking personal gain. You ultimately reveal your weakness by not being content in any of your purported arguments about Islam per se, rather you irresistably couple your views with a self-"plug". And so your alleged prohecy follows.

In a lawyer's language your credibility is undermined because of your ancillary motives, your conflict of interest. Unlike a true intellectual whose arguments are presented at "arm's length" from himself, you fail to meet this academic criteria miserably. In your quest for "Me" you unleash your evil and await applause. The "Me" assertion was the originator of sins, when Satan argued his superiority over Adam before Allah. So congratulations, you share with Satan a self-fettish.

" I " am a humanist you write. (Yet in exercising your humanity, you do not hesitate to offend 1.5 billion Muslim adherents- the humanity in you really secretes from your ears). And what else are you Mr Prophet? A sincere man. A courageous man. A good driver. A fine cook. An honest gentleman. A fantastic lover. Come on; give us the complete list, the world must be eagerly awaiting and can't have enough of you.

As for your decision to leave Islam: Do you really think it makes an iota of a difference to one-fifth of the world's population. And whilst you are so open, why don't you audition for "Big Brother" and expose your other worldly decisions such as whether or not you like eating broccli? Who knows, according to your own overration, your decisions on vegetables may have an impact on the world's farmers. I'm sure you'll find someone bored out there willing to share your vegetable experiences on the internet.

Finally, with respect to your self-proclaimation of prophecy, if this contention is not a joke, then please place me on the record, on this holy Friday day that I strenuously DENY IT.

You see, now I have confronted you and the evil you propagate, I have earned a good deed before the Almighty Allah hoping to be rewarded in Judgment Day at your expense. Ironically, you have made me stronger. You were better off shutting up living your chosen un-Islamic way, without notice or commotion.

In conclusion, I challenge your courage, your fake prophecy and whatever manhood you possess to publish my response on your evil website. I identify myself as: HISAM SIDAOUI of Melbourne , Australia
.

Mr. Hisam Sidaoui

I wonder why instead of attacking me you don’t prove me wrong! If you are so sure that Islam is such wonderful religion and Allah is going to reward you for defending it then why instead of ad hominem you do not defend Islam logically? All you have to do is to go through my articles, tear them apart and show the world that I am wrong. That is how I prove Islam is a false doctrine. I prove Islam is not from God by going through the Quran and the Hadith dissecting them verse by verse. All you have to do is to go through my writings and show people I am wrong.

It is nearly four years I am challenging Muslims to prove me wrong for me to remove this site. I am still waiting.

Your ad hominem attack on my person really is of no interest to anyone. This is not about me. No one cares about Ali Sina and no one should. Suppose I am all what you say, who cares? Suppose I am a Jew, a Christian missionary or a selfish megalomaniac doing all this for praise. Does this make my arguments against Islam any less relevant?
Here is your problem my friend. You use ad hominem instead of logical arguments. This is not new. All Muslims share this trait. They actually learned it from their prophet who never had any good response for those who criticized him. He just kept calling them deaf, blind, ignorant, people with no understanding and other disparaging remarks. He retorted with ad hominem to those who sought proof of his claim. And of course when he gathered enough fools around himself, he assassinates and then massacred those who questioned him.

Like prophet, like followers.

Now as for your compliant that I am offending 1.5 billion Muslims, first the number is just one billion, most of them are also leaving Islam after realizing it was just a hoax.

Second, your demand is absurd. If Islam is a false religion and a danger to mankind, why should we not mention it? Why hide the truth? If this lie is taking the lives of the people why should I or anyone remain silent?
On one hand your prophet insulted everyone else saying they are destined for fire :2: 39, 2:90 , his brainless followers are killing innocent people left and right, they have brought the world on the verge of catastrophe and on the other hand you tell us we should not even criticize this cult of terror because your tender sensibility may get offended? Damn with your sensibility. Who cares about how much you hate the truth and how much it offends you. I am not going to be an appeaser. My job is to call a spade a spade. If what I say is a lie, then you are invited to prove me wrong and I will remove this site. If what I say is true and you can’t prove me wrong then you can die in your rage. I do not give a tinker’s cuss about the feelings of a bunch of deluded arrogant people who are hell bent to blow up this world.

Be a man Mr. Hisam Sidaoui of Melbourne , Australia . Go through my articles and prove me wrong. This is how you would defend Islam, not by attacking my person.

I am not running for any office and I am not asking people to believe me because of my authority. So let's talk about Islam for a change.

Quote:

Mr Ali Sina aka The Fake Prophet,

With respect to your reply it is you who has missed the point. You have conveniently danced around the central aspect of my critcism, namely your ancillary motives.

I previously said that the whole thing about your website is you and making a name, whilst Islam is about mankind. I also argued how can your alleged arguments about Islam be bona fide, like true academics, when you proceed with a "self-plug" and claim prophecy. Hence it not about informing any reader, rather selling yourself to a reader.

No, you are not running for public office wise-guy (not that you stand a chance), but certainly speak like a politician who avoids answering the essence of any embarrassing allegation. So don't try to look clever yet, or answer me back a challenge with a challenge when you have not first answered my contentions. I'm not that gullible to let you off the hook yet.

You try to look smart and ask me not to be personal when I was not; it is called sarcasm an effective literary tool of critique. On the other hand you take no hesitation in being personal with me insinuating that I am a fool like the followers of the holy Prophet Muhamed. So I am the fool and your not. Charming Mr Fake Prophet, I'm sorry you must have figured out, or your supposed prophecy has enlightened you, that you have more brain cells. ( For the record I am being sarcastic).

I instigated this argunment so I have the running of its course, not you. Mr Fake Prophet just unequivocably answer my allegations.

Now again I challenge you to publish this reply on your website.

HISAM SIDAOUI

Mr. Hisam Sidaoui

I confess, there is no way to fool a Muslim. You Muslims are so smart that believe heaven has seven layers, that Muhammad rode a horse to the seventh heaven and met Allah, that the moon is above the stars and Muhammad cut it in two, that the sun sets in murky waters, that the world is populated with Jinns and that Satan pisses in the nose of the Muslims who sleep in the morning and do not wake up to say their Salat. Boy you are so intelligent. You are not going to let the scientists fool you with their fake stories. You know the truth and the truth is what Muhammad said in the Quran and hadith.

So I declare defeat. Yes you are right. I am doing this to make a name for myself. Oh boy, there is no way to fool a Muslim. You got me buddy. I give up.

Now that you exposed me so badly and humiliated me publicly, can we move on to the charges that I brought against Muhammad? I accused the man you call a prophet of being a mass murderer, a pedophile, a lecher, an assassin, a highway robber, a thief, a criminal and a liar. I have proved each and every one of these charges amply with the Quran and hadith. Now can you show the world that I am wrong?

Despite the fact that I am after making a name for myself, I am not asking anyone to believe in me and follow me. So who cares if I have my weaknesses or as you say have “ancillary motives”?

But Muhammad claimed to be the prophet of God, he ordered his followers to kill those who do not accept him. His followers are bringing the world to the brink of a war. It is important that we verify his claim. Was he a prophet or was he a liar? This is the question we should be answering.

Obviously you are not going to answer this question. You know that you can’t answer it. You know that I have all the proof that this man was an evil man and can shred your arguments into pieces if you try to defend him. So instead of defending Muhammad, you question my motives, which is of no interest to anyone.

Even if my motives are impure, even if I do this just to make a name for myself, you still have to prove that Muhammad was a prophet of God and my charges against him are false.

I am not going to be available for the next week, so if you want to continue you should continue in this forum.

First of all, I would advise Mr. Hisam to lay off Ali Sina, for in the end, he will have to face the same Creator that Mr. Hisam will...

Secondly, Ali Sina is no child that he needs to be reprimanded or taught what Islam is and isn't, he is grown enough to understand and read up on his own about Islam, and I have no doubt he did, but having no faith placed in his heart, the seeds of Islam fell on it like barley falls on barren rock...It yielded nothing except confusion and ultimately apostasy...

In the end, Ali Sina would face the Creator with his deeds and Mr. Hisam with his...As Muslims, I advise Mr. Hisam to better himself as a Muslim...

You to your way and we to ours...Simple as that.

Ciao Ali,

To his own mind and the minds of his fellow Muslims, Hirsam Sisaoui has dirproven you simply through the manifestation of his contempt.

When you are bolstered by the word of God there is nothing to discuss. What human would ever win a debate with the devil? He calls you the devil. He knows that he cannot slay you, but he summoned the couarge to go right in front of your lair and launch insults.

"Ali Sina you're a stinker!"... and then tail between his legs, he skedaddles, proud of himself.

Hirsam will not come back. According to his way of thinking (which to us is like throwing the dartboard at the darts instead of vice versa) he has done all that is required.

It's like a fan of Juventus going to the Inter curve of the stadium and shouting a curse. To the Juventino, there's no need to feel logically justified for his team passion. He knows that if he doesn't run he'll get his ass kicked in, so he hits and he runs, satisfied that he did absolutely everything he had to do.

Islam is a belief system hermetically sealed to fresh input and therefore incapable of soul-searching honesty, hard logic.

The poor folks are dependant on Kaffirs to do all the thinking (doubting) for them. We are the ones who through a process of doubt and verification (science) raise the overall threshold of knowledge for them. We are the ones who also raise the level of their morality. We abolished slavery for them (most of them), we have raised the level of their women (from minus 15 to minus 5), we with our ingenuity provide them with the gadgets, the hardware and software.

The Muslim contribution to humanity is shockingly, scandalously low (kicking a dead horse here).

But that's what happens to folks who call converts "reverts"... The whole way of thinking leads to stagnant pond societies...

I read statistic somewhere that a best seller in the Arabic world with its millions and millions, doesn't reach anywhere the volume of a best seller in Tel Aviv alone.

Fresh knowledge vs Old Certainties.

Oh well, you'll meet your creator when you die... yet another curse, this time from Muslim Blood.

The theology of threats and curses!

Uh, I bet that will scare the sh!t out of Ali Sina. Why is it that you muslims believers never answer back in a decent way? Let´s face it Ali Sina have no problem with his loss of faith, but you guys seem to have a problem with his conviction. If you disagree use your book of contradictions to answer him back and let´s stick to rational arguments!

Hisam relies on ad hominem which is a logical fallacy.

http://webpages.shepherd.edu/maustin/rhetoric/fallacies.htm

Quote:
7) Ad Hominem: Ad hominem is a Latin phrase meaning "against the man." This fallacy should not be confused with simple name calling, which is normally not an "ad hominem" fallacy as much as it is simply "being a jerk." Nor should the ad hominem fallacy be confused with the legitimate challenge of an authority. If someone asserts a point based on their own authority, then it is very logical to call that authority into question. The ad hominem fallacy is the specific assertion that someone's argument or viewpoint should be discounted because of character flaws that have nothing to do with the arguments at issue.

How can people believe the theory of evolution when it is a well-known fact that Darwin cheated on his wife?

Free trade must be a bad idea; it is advocated by both Senator Hansen and

Representative McGuire, both of whom have admitted to using marijuana in college.

The problems with hip-hop music can be summed up with two names: Notorious B.I.G. and 2Pac Shakur--two big hip-hop stars who died senseless, violent deaths.

Presumably Hisam did not notice any logical flaws in Ali's writings, if he even had the courage to read them, instead he relies on logical fallacies.

Dear Muslim Blood,

In other words, Ali Sina and many that follow his advice will burn in hell forever. You advise that it is best to do nothing and to just let us burn.
Appeal to force is also a logical fallacy.

http://webpages.shepherd.edu/maustin/rhetoric/fallacies.htm writes:
Quote:
1 Appeal to Force: The appeal to force is simply the assertion that you should do what I say or believe what I believe because, if you do not, I will do something unpleasant to you. This is a specialized case of the appeal to fear in which the negative consequences are a direct or indirect threat by the speaker to the audience. Though it is technically a fallacy, it is often a very persuasive one.

People should be tolerant of diversity because, if they are not, they will not be welcome at Rocky Mountain University.

If Mexico does not agree that they need to restrict immigration from within their boarders, we will try to convince them by putting high tarriffs on their agricultural products.

What is Hisam doing in Australia? Piggy, hurry up, pack him up and send him away to Pakistan or Afghanistan where he rightly belongs.

Ali is certainly not confused. He simply sees what Islam is about. And that this can come to happen is far from unlikely. One only needs to ask oneself the following question when reading the Q'ran: suppose that the verses that Mohammed recited were not the word of God?

It seems Hisam had a role to play in sueing and shutting down and silencing David Oldfield of One nation fame.

According to:

http://www.abc.net.au/am/content/2003/s925911.htm

Quote:

David Oldfield sued over terrorism website
AM - Saturday, 16 August , 2003 08:10:34
Reporter: Mark Tamhane
HAMISH ROBERTSON: Pauline Hanson's controversial former chief advisor, David Oldfield, is at the centre of a case which could set new limits on what material can legally be published on the internet.

A Melbourne lawyer has taken action against the One Nation politician under Victoria's new Racial and Religious Tolerance Act.

Mark Tamhane reports.

MARK TAMHANE: New South Wales Upper House MP, David Oldfield, says muslimterrorists.com serves an important function.

DAVID OLDFIELD: It's a resource, an archive, and provides forum for people with regards to the debate generally in Australia and internationally on Islam and terrorism.

MARK TAMHANE: Mr Oldfield says muslimterrorists.com is not racist and people will only find it offensive if truth offends them.

But statements on the site like: "Not all Muslims are terrorists, but nearly all terrorists are Muslims" have outraged Hisam Sidaoui.

The Melbourne lawyer is trying to use Victoria's new Racial and Religious Tolerance Act to close the site down and sue David Oldfield.

HISAM SIDAOUI: Because I'm an aggrieved person under the Victorian legislation, and I'm seeking my legal redress.

MARK TAMHANE: Are you confident of success?

HISAM SIDAOUI: Absolutely.

MARK TAMHANE: Mr Oldfield is a resident of New South Wales and the website muslimterrorists.com is currently hosted by an ISP in that state.

Why are you bringing this action under the Victorian law?

HISAM SIDAOUI: Because the legislation provides redress against any such actions or vilifications inside or outside Victoria.

MARK TAMHANE: David Oldfield believes Hisam Sidaoui's complaint is vexatious, and he will attempt to have the action dismissed at a hearing in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal later this month.

The former Hanson advisor says the Victorian law is "strange".

DAVID OLDFIELD: I mean, let's face it, the Internet goes everywhere.

You have no way of stopping it going into certain juridictions and really I think, the onus is on the person who opens the site and dowloads the material, rather than the people who are responsible for putting the material on the site.

MARK TAMHANE: Closely watching the outcome is the Internet Industry Association of Australia.

The group was involved in a High Court case last year about the reach of the Internet, which gained international notoriety.

It was the landmark ruling that paved the way for Melbourne businessman, Joseph Gutnick, to sue an American on-line magazine in his home state of Victoria.

The Association's Chief Executive, Peter Coroneos, says if Mr Sidaoui's action suceeds, the precedent set in the Gutnick decision could be extended from defamation to also cover religious and racial vilification.

PETER CORONEOS: While I hasten to say at the outset that we in no way shape or form condone the publication of racist or offensive material on the Internet, the Internet is, by its nature, a global medium.

And we believe that, particularly we said this in the context of the Gutnick case, when we were in fact granted leave by the High Court to intervene in the defence of that case, that the fact of publishing content on the internet is a very powerful thing and permits an unprecendented level of communication and for the most part, for the common good.

But you’d really want to avoid a situation where people are starting to restrain what they're saying on the Internet, for fear that somewhere in the world, some country may have a law that prohibits the very thing that you're trying to say.

HAMISH ROBERTSON: Peter Coroneos.

This part is interesting. Hisam said "In conclusion, I challenge your courage, your fake prophecy and whatever manhood you possess to publish my response on your evil website. I identify myself as: HISAM SIDAOUI of Melbourne , Australia".

Well, surprise surprise. Ali posted both of your e-mails. You will not come on this forum and reply to some of the posts here. So far, it would appear that Ali is the one with courage and you are the one lacking in courage. The evidence is right here, evidenced in your lack of participation here. This is a certain conclusion. So, how do you still feel that you are the one with courage and Ali has none? If my point here is correct, you will not even answer my question, and I'm betting that will be the case. Isn't that just like human nature? Everybody else has the faults that we do not realize that we have ourselves. Hisam sees Ali as a coward because Hisam is a coward. The funniest part is that so many muslims seem to come here with the impression that they have some sort of ground breaking information without realizing that they are merely repeating the same, ill thought out and incomplete notions, that many before them have. Then they get disappointed and then angry when they discover that their notions are not ground breaking, and not even effective in the least. This is where all that anger comes from. Factual information can be quite a frustrating thing for many muslims. This is actually the problem. ?they come here confident that they have all the answers, because that's what they've been told, and then they experience shock and anger when people provide them with new information that they have never considered. This is precisely why you never hear them give a coherent, logical response to any of these points made in here, because it is a surprise to them. They honestly don't know what to do when faced with this additional information, except become angry and hurl personal insults.

Hisam, apparently you are an Attorney. So you would have to be intelligent enough to know that as soon as someone attacks someone's personal issues in a debate, thereby deviating from the issue of the debate, they are admitting frustration and hence have already admitted that they have no other answers and thereby have admitted that they have lost the debate. If you use this kind of mentality in court, then I don't see you being very successful in the cases you pursue. You have shown yourself to be highly flawed and unbecoming of an Attorney. Apparently you practice Law. Well, my advice to you is keep praticing it until you learn how to do it. I would love to see your diploma from Law school because I just ran out of toilet paper. Real attorneys argue the issues and present factual evidence. You have yet to do either.

Why is it that muslims, even those born and raised in English speaking countries, still cannot speak the language? Exactly how many times have you been born in 43 years? How many times have you been bred in 43 years?
I can understand why your religion has been convicted, if there was ever a religion worthy of conviction it's islam.

Can you imagine a "Jerry Springer" type of show in a Muslim country like Saudi Arabia or Iran ?

It wouldn't be about sleeping with your husbands brother or wifes sister, it would be about the "perversion" of removing your veil, or horrror or horrors, a woman driving !

From my non-Muslim education, one only has to see how Islam behaves when it runs countries to make it obvious that there is something seriously wrong with it.

I am not talking about secular countries like Turkey, but Islamic countries where the laws are Islamic (i.e. Sharia).

Living in the West and then going to live in one of those would be like being captured in WW2 and being sent to a concentration camp.

" I " am a humanist you write. (Yet in exercising your humanity, you do not hesitate to offend 1.5 billion Muslim adherents- the humanity in you really secretes from your ears).

The 1.5 billion people are taught by Islam that I should be killed becuase I left Islam. What do you think, I should not protest against Islam? You must be knowing of Abul Kasem, another former Muslim from your own dear Australia. Read some of his articles here http://www.faithfreedom.org/Author/AbulKasem.htm A very good article from him: Sex and sexuality in Islam
You've seen NOTHING yet, dear friend. Islam is facing great opposition from all sides and Islam is bound to vanish ultimately. Join this forum and defend your religion here.
