who is at fault for the deatyh of the hostages -- italy of course!
italy FORCED the terrorists to take hostages!

| I just hope no-one from their families accidentaly stumbles on this thread or the video the murderers are sure to publicize soon...I am not going to watch this, one was more than enough for me. |

Good God. They had better not have videos of killing the women. All said and done, I think that is taken in the same vein(maybe slightly) less than killing children but I a lot of decent men atleast. You know, 'women and children'. Protect them, and everything.
If they do it, I think it could be another BIG mistake for them like Beslan....
Atleast Italy will go crazy, especially with that Burka story and removal of a cross from a classroom for a muslim immigrant....

IoshkaFutz is in a Proletarian flat of Bratislava... far far too far away from it all, translating (mostly horrendous) screenplays - 7 at once.
I just got internet-connected yesterday, before that I'd go to places full of children killing Martians... 20 SK Crowns for 30 minutes of viruses and pop-ups, and keyboards full of diacritics that still look vaguely sinister.
I just read now (at www.corriere.it) about the possibility of those two girls having been beheaded. Good and loving girls, rainbow pacifists...
Before leaving Italy I saw an interview on TV with the father of one of the girls... He was very calm and convinced that once the kidnappers spoke to her, they'd understand what sort of "pasta" she was made of, and let her go.
I think Italians (like most everybody else in Europe) are asleep.
What about the pasta of all those children in Beslan? That's what I'm stuck on... that and the recollection of a state radio channel with people calling in and basically pinning all the blame on the Russians.
And I just go numb and dumb... We know that there is a theological underpinning to all this evil, but they don't. The world still believes in the "Moderate" Muslim... but a few voices are beginning to speak out... There's libertarian French Philosopher André Glucksmann getting published on La Stampa, and then there's even today's article at www.ilfoglio.it by the legendary Giuliano Ferrara (http://www.ilfoglio.it/editoriale.php)... little wake up calls.
But, really I don't know what's happening in Italy or anywhere for that matter. I'm in Post WW2 Rome... the story of three women... I've gone completely virtual...
The food here? Well... as president of the society for the suppression of Czechoslovakian gastronomy what can I say? Fortunately Hungary is not that far away... Now the Slovaks are selling Burchak, wine "most"... a tasty, tangy, intestine-fulminating brew...
But the beer... ah, the beer is almost as good as the best Bavarian Gold...and so I drink a Velkopopovicky Kozel to your health!

glad to have you back...
alright ferrara warns about islam, yet he still compares islam to "cristianità senza riformazione", no? there never was a christian ummah as far as I can see
be that as it may - what do you say would/should be Italy´s reaction, if those young women really have been killed? |

I hope those reports are wrong on these two young ladies being dead. They were trying to do good for Iraq's people. As usual Islam shows what it really is!
