Yes, if you knew how the Quran was compiled you'd see Rashad Khalifa's proposition is nonsense. The Quran as we know it was put together by Zaid ibn Thabit as commanded by Caliph Uthman.
He put some verses in and left some out. In fact, Uthman set up a committee to decide which verses were abrogated so they could be left out. Some of these abrogated verses were indeed left out, but many were obviously left in.
Some verses were not included - such as the rajm and suckling verses. Their existence is testified by Umar and Aisha.
Zaid also put in a couple of verses, no - not the ones Khalifa took out, because some old guy told him were valid verses even though nobody could remember them. Uthman made a rule that at least 2 Muslims must remember a verse for it to be valid, but this old guy got around the rule somehow.
Thus it is amply clear the Quran is man-made. The original, older versions were burned by Uthman because they were different from the edition he commanded Zaid ibn Thabit to compile.
If so, then Rashad Khalifa's entire proposition is suspect. Remember he had to take out 2 verses to make his proposition fit.

Do you know which story of 911 is the right one. ?
That is funny when you reject Quran then using Hadith and histories which was scribed by kings, khalifahs, rulers, imams servants.
With access to all these media tools history is written according to those have power. and now you are trying to reject Quran referring to fair tale stories.
You better have patience and look at the file before repeating conjectures.
