Hello qamar1990

Your quote -
i wish you happy holidays.

Thank you very much.

Are you permitted to wish us a Happy Christmas?

You might want to but are you allowed?

y does it matter? do you want me to wish you a marry christmas?
why do'nt you ever just use your head doc seriously. just use common sense and logic and you will get your answer. all the posts and threads that i seen started by you require logic and common sense if you have that than you will find the answer.

Hello qamar1990

My "logic" tells me that you would like to wish us a Happy Christmas but Islam prevents you from doing so.

Am I correct?

Yes i have been wished a merry christmas from an islamic family, and given gifts also to celelbrate, so you see if one is truly holy and god fearing he will respect other abrahamic faiths as his sister faiths, same as our most holy father Pope John Paul, when he visited a mosque and prayed, because he was praying to the same God, most likely the mufti of that mosque also wished him a holy and merry christmas, please make the peace, dispense of all these wars...

Does it mean that he may not respect Non- Abrahamic faiths? There are a few non-Abrahamic faiths, way peaceful than the Abrahamic faiths, you know?

I could be tempted to if it wasn't for the fact that X-Mas is actually a Pagan holiday and isn't even really Jesus's real birthday.

Christmas is a pagan holiday, so what? Judaism, Christianity and Islam have foundation in paganism. Practically every religion started out as a pagan cult including so called Abrahamaic faiths, Islam included.

What matters is that Christians celebrate Christmas, that's good enough for me. At least Christians and Jews do not threaten to kill me because I am not a Christian or a Jew. But Muslims are ready to kill me because I am not a Muslim.

Unfortunately, Muslims do not care for your message.

The whole of Islam is based on Paganism, the ritual pagan pilgrimage around the black cube,

the pagan cunnilingus ritual,

the pagan satan stonning ritual,

the pagan stampede ritual

... etc. all these needless, unsignificant rituals are purely the continum of PAGANISM through the guise of Islam.

Yet we don't feel ashamed to wish you a bloody happy Eid on one of the most bloodiest and goriest festivals on earth, the universal massacre of herd and cattle...

I have many muslim friends and they have no problem wishing me Happy Hannukah.

I wish all Christians Happy Christmas. And happy Eid to all muslims and Happy hannukah to all Jews.

THe only festival we are not allowed to celebrate is Darwin Day.

I advise all brothers in faith here to not wish any atheists Darwin Day on Feb 12. Darwin Day of course is the birth anniversary of satan himself. The man who proposed the theory of Evilution that gave some legitimacy to the Atheist philosphy.

2009 will mark an important year for Darwin Day celebrations. The year will be the 200th anniversary of Darwin's birth, and will also mark the 150th anniversary of the publication of Darwin's On the Origin of Species. Events are already being planned; most prominent among them are celebrations in Shrewsbury and at the Natural History Museum in London. Please advice all brothers to boycott this event.

Shalom

Really? Get your priorities right my friend. Do you know that Muslims are not allowed to take Jews and christians as friends, The same people you call "brothers in faith" attest to the fact that allah in the koran changed some of the jews into apes and swine and that on the last day stones will cry out to muslims and inform them that jews are hiding behind them?

But what the hey, wish everyone well and hope for the best, but just be cautious of your well wishers because not everyone is sincere, especially if their divine injunctions lack mutual respect, cause division and instigate hate.

I don't see the justification of your hatred towards athiests. If they decide it is against logic to believe in a god then you should be respectful and give them the same benefit of the doubt that you so willingly render to the Muslims who would have your head on a platter any chance they get, because it is the will of their allah.

How has an athiest harmed you or threatened your life? When was the last time you saw an athiest blow up himself in the middle of Jerusalem shouting "Darwin is great", because you would not accept the theory of evolution?
