The British paved the path for detachment of Pakistan and Bangladesh from India on religious grounds.

Please qualify the above as just your opinion only, as history is against it. In any case, this thread deals with India, and not Pakistan or Bangladesh

From what I have read of Sindhi history, prior to the arrival of the British in Sindh, knowledge of Hindustani was virtually nonexistent. Traders of Sindh, even Hindu Amils and Bhaibands spoke Persian as a second language for business purposes. Hindustani became a common second language during the British era.

The idea that Persian lost its place in India long before the British is complete and utter nonsense fabricated by Indian and Pakistani nationalists in order to promote the Hindi and Urdu languages.

A word about Sindhi language:
"Genealogically it is an Indo-Aryan language, though it also shows signs of heavy Dravidian influence."

It supports my statements on ancient Indian history.

With or without British India would have been divided. Anyway Pakistan and Bangladesh is 'India' and their problem is our problem too.
