Help Hector Aleem

Hector Aleem sentenced to seven years prison for blasphemy, despite the lack of evidence.

As you read this page, there is an innocent man in Pakistan, accused of blasphemy, who has spent the last three years in jail.

He has been beaten and tortured even before his trial.  The judge found no evidence against him except the words of his accuser, a man with whom he had a dispute over a business transaction.  During the hearing, the mob chanted slogans inside and outside the court demanding that he found guilty. He was sentenced to another seven years imprisonment.

Hector’s family wants to appeal this unjust decision. They had one month to do so.  However, they have run out of money and only one week is left.

I am urging all of you to please donate to Hector’s fund set up by his daughter Mehwish.  Send her whatever you can, even if it is $20 dollars. But remember that few people donate. Very few! Everyone is generous in offering their sympathy, but few extend that sympathy to their valet.  That is what really the Aleems need.

Also, Hector’s children’s life is in danger. His sons receive death threats and don’t dare to go out of the house. His daughters go out hidden under a burqa.

Mehwish hopes to send her brother out of the country, where he can work and send money home and also lobby for the release of their father.  If you can afford to facilitate this young man get out of the country he can then apply for refugee status and you don’t need to support him financially.

Aleem’s problems cannot be solved with money. Yet money can alleviate some of their suffering. I urge you to be generous.  You won’t be rewarded for your act of kindness. You won’t get an extra virgin in the afterlife and won’t go to paradise.  These are fairytales. But you’ll feel better knowing you helped other humans. That is a great feeling.  When you help a relative, you do it for love not for reward. Aren’t we all related through our humanity — at least those of us who are still humans?  Muslims have renounced theirs completely. How depraved these people have become.  There is more humanity in wolves that there is in Muslims.

  1. Send this to every church you can think of.

  2. We really need to get all these minorities out of Pakistan and into India and the United States.

  3. All through Pakistan’s history, it tried to desist and deplore everything Indian (Hindu). They changed their text books, altered history to their convenience, degraded the Indians to prove that they are different and superior to Indians and are of Arab descent. There is a Paki website (rupeenews), which claims that Harappa and Mahenjodaro civilizations are related to Arabs and nothing to do with Hindus. They named their missiles after Ghauri, Ghazni, and other thugs who invaded India centuries after centuries. The Arabs, Persian Muslims, Turks, and others raided and looted the very parts of India including what is now called Pakistan. It was this loot, rape, torture and fear that made people convert to Islam- the barbaric religion. Today it is the same fear that is converting them from moderate to radical Islam. All it requires for Pakis is to study the medieval history of Hindustan and learn how their ancestors were brutally converted to Islam. Instead of looking for truth they immerse themselves in ghostly Arab islamic culture and heave a sign of relief. How sad! It shows their impotency when it comes to facing truth.

With the Talibanization of Pakistan, is the history poised to repeat itself? Is Pakistan on the brink of adopting Muhemmed's way of life – War for Lifetime?

What else do you expect from an impotent Paki population that converted centuries ago? If one wants a group of intelligent people to become zombies and fools, trick/force them to accept Islam. Generations after generations you will see the birth of idiots and the country will burn through eternal jihad.

  4. “Why does Pakistani govt name its missiles with names such as Ghauri, Ghazni, and Babar when it is quite known that these people were involved in looting, raping, and killing people”? These brutal invaders were from present day Afghanistan, Iran & beyond with a bloody vengeance to wage war & kill . When the poison of Islam was added to the brew they became almost beastly attacking women & children raping & plundering & burning down what was left behind. Mohamad Ghazni attacked India 17 times especially the Temple at Somnath. They carried away tons of gold, diamonds, pearls & precious jewels along with beautiful women. The present day Pakistanis are their children after conversion. Some people agreed to convert rather than die from these invading beasts. After few centuries now they identify more with these Arabian Islamic beasts rather their old brothers & sisters who happen to belong to Hinduism, Buddhism or Christianity since Islam teaches them all others are Kafirs who should be shunned & destroyed. That hatred has seeped into their psyche & their main enemy is India. Hence they name all their destructive weapons after these beastly barbarians.Their hatred will slowly but surely consume & destroy them.

  5. The apathy of the secular non muslim towards the victims of Islam is a crying shame.Shame on these hollow secularists who are too cowardly to even accept that Islam is intolerant.

  6. I would hate to see what would have happened if those primitive savages caught the poor girl filming this. No doubt, she would've been raped then stoned to death. I so resent my tax dollars going to shit holes like this as humanitarian aid.

  7. Meanwhile, VP Biden is pledging additional billions to our valuable ally to induce them to go after their terrorist buddies. Instead, we should be insisting that Pakistan repeal all anti-blasphemy laws before they get so much as a free cup of coffee, and if they can show tolerance to religious minorities, they will also get a free donut.

  8. Pak court convicts imam and his son for blasphemy

    PTI, Jan 13, 2011, 07.59am IST

LAHORE: A Pakistani court has sentenced an imam and his son to life imprisonment after convicting them on controversial blasphemy charges after they removed a poster containing Quranic verses, officials said.

Less than a week after Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer was gunned down by a police guard for criticising the blasphemy law, judge Rao Ayub of an anti-terrorism court at Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab handed down the sentences to 45-year -old Mohammad Shafi and his son Mohammad Aslam, 20.

Shafi, who is the imam of a mosque at Muzaffargarh, 400 km from Lahore, and his son were arrested in April last year for removing a poster for a religious gathering that was pasted outside their grocery shop. The poster reportedly featured Quranic verses, officials said.

The organizers of the gathering, which commemorated the anniversary of Prophet Mohammed's birth, filed a complaint that alleged the duo had tore the poster and trampled with their feet.

After convicting the duo for blasphemy, judge Ayub handed down two separate prison terms of five years and 10 years to Shafi and his son Aslam and also ordered them to pay fines totaling Rs 210,000 each.

The defence counsel said that the verdict would be challenged in the Lahore high court. Reports said the duo had been accused of blasphemy due to differences between the Deobandi and Barelvi sects.

Shafi had differences with Haji Phool Mohammad, a man from the Barelvi school of thought who filed the complaint against the imam and his son.

Taseer had earned the ire of religious hardliners after he spoke in the defence of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman sentenced to death under the blasphemy law last year, and called for reforms in the law to prevent its misuse. Rights activists have alleged that the law is often misused to persecute minorities and to settle personal or political scores.

The blasphemy law, which was introduced during the regime of late military ruler Zia-ul-Haq, carries the death penalty for the worst offences. No one convicted under the blasphemy law has been executed in Pakistan though dozens of people accused of blasphemy have been killed by radical elements.

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said his government has no plan to amend the law.

  9. I am really sorry for this man.But how long these beasts called muslims be allowed to do what that bastard cult called islam preaches? Is there no concrete action? Can this information sharing on this web going to solve this menace? How can we help these minorities of Pakisthan Bangladesh…etc?I am a keen student of Indian history.Entire medieval Indian history is about the incessant invasions, plunders, rapes, lootings and forced conversions of Hindus by these bastards called muslims.Yet these secular historians(read eunuchs!) paint them as very liberal, modest and soft. What a terrible distortion! Blood boils if read the stories of partition and the way Hindus,Christians,Buddists,Chakmas and other minorities are being treated in these countries by devilish regimes. Please think seriously of doing something.Kashmiri people are hounded out of Kashmir, barely with their clothes! What have we done?Nothing. These people are living like street dogs! What is that bastards of ruling party doing?Nothing. They are worried about spectrum scams, internal disputes and vote politics. Why cannot a seperate area called panun kashmir be created?Mere reading and contributing articles wont help. These Islamic zealots understand one and only one language that is violence!Unless it is paid back to them in most ruth less manner,we can achieve nothing!See the cas of Israel? How are they surviving?Because they are most ruthless!History taught us how to deal with these barbarians.Let us follow those methods. There is no other way left!Lets get inspiration from great sikh warriors! The way they decimated these evil thugs! The reason why Sikhs were special targets in partition as they are the fighting arm of Hinde society.Let us put words into action!Unless it is done,no hope for man kind. Non-muslims world over must unite or they perish!

    Kind Regards,

  11. I donated and got an email that the money went to a Mohammed Shouman (freedom4hector@gmail.com). Can Ali Sina advise that this is his lawyer and is going to the correct hands?

  12. "I donated and got an email that the money went to a Mohammed Shouman "

Mehwish cannot have a Paypal account. So a friend of her Mohammed has set up an account. He then transfers the money to his bank and sends it to Mehwish through MoneyGram.

    Thank you for your donation.

  13. Thanks for the feedback, Ali Sina. It is appreciated.

  14. LAHORE: Hardline terrorist religious parties and extremist groups, including the Jamaat-ud-Dawah, organised rallies across Punjab province today to protest Pope Benedict's call for the repeal of Pakistan's controversial blasphemy law.

The rallies were organised under the banner of the Tehrik Tahaffuz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat, an alliance of Islamist groups opposed to any move to repeal or amend the blasphemy law.

Members of the JuD, Sunni Tehrik, Jamaat-e-Islami, Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl joined the protests.

Speaking outside the JuD's headquarters at Chauburji in Lahore, its leader Hafiz Saifullah Mansoor criticised the Pope for supporting Asia Bibi, a Christian woman sentenced to death last year for allegedly insulting the Prophet Mohammed.

Mansoor alleged that when an American priest had announced plans to desecrate the Quran, the Pope and the Western world did nothing to stop him.

Abdur Rehman Makki, another senior JuD leader, said the Pope's statement amounted to interference in Pakistan's internal affairs.

He warned the government not to yield to "foreign pressure" and said the rulers would be held responsible if Asia Bibi is allowed to flee the country.

The protestors carried banners and placards inscribed with slogans against the Pope and in favour of the blasphemy law.

They also shouted slogans against the Pope, the US and Israel.

Senior Jamaat-e-Islamai leader Sirajul Haq said the Pope's demand had hurt the feelings of the Muslim world.

He warned Pakistan's rulers that the people would organise a march to Islamabad if any move is made to amend the provisions of the blasphemy law.

Amir Ameerul Azeem, another Jamaat-e-Islami leader, criticised the government for showing "cowardice" in handling the case of Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani woman who was given a long prison term in America following her conviction on terror charges.

Azeem claimed Pakistan's rulers had not spoken out for Siddiqui but were sympathising with a woman convicted for blasphemy.

He asked the government to lodge a protest against the Pope's statement and said a bill seeking amendments to the blasphemy law should be withdrawn from parliament.

He also said a "grand rally" would be organised in Lahore on January 30 to "compel the rulers not to play with the sentiments of Muslims".

Salmaan Taseer, a senior leader of the Pakistan People's Party and the Governor of Punjab, was recently gunned down by a police guard who said he was angered by the politician's criticism of the blasphemy law.

  15. While Europe is sleeping:

It started in Lebanon & Syria some time earlier and now it is spreading. In Egypt , Iraq and Pakistan the attack on Christians is now a daily affair. Very soon it will spread to other Islamic countries as well. For quite some time, Christians have enjoyed a good position in Islamic countries as the so-called “Children of the Book”. They were treated with respect (perhaps also because they are identified with the powerful Europeans and Americans) and they even enjoyed religious rights in strictly Islamic environments as well. Many of the newly converted Christians from erstwhile British/American colonies like India , Pakistan , Sri Lanka , Philippines etc., also had a good time in the Islamic countries. Even the recently converted Malayali Christians were (mis)using their privileges in the Gulf countries for building churches, mass prayers and even underground conversion activities. But everything is changing and Christianity may soon face its worst challenge from a resurgent filthy oil-rich and arrogant Islamic forces.

This brings us to the comfortable life and respect they receive in India . Christianity came to India only by 1498 AD along with Vasco-de-Gama. And within two centuries they were ruling over the entire nation. For a few decades after 1947 their influence was reduced, but by 2004, they are again in power. A Roman Catholic lady is now ruling over a nation of 1.2 billion people, most of which are Hindus by name. The occasional trouble they had in Dang and Orissa were only backlashes when they killed Swamis and tried unlimited religious conversion. At present the majority of Congressmen in power are either Christians or Crypto-Christians. But in this globalised world, the situation is bound to change. Europe is already 50% Islamic and Christianity is a past phenomenon there. Christianity has some role only in America thanks to their hatred for Bin Laden after Sep11. This is also changing with Islamic conversion in full force among the American blacks, backed by petro-dollars from the Gulf.

What is happening in the Gulf is having its refection in Kerala also. Prof. Joseph’s hand chop-off was the first sign. The subsequent election victory of the main accused in a democratic election with thumping majority was proof enough for his vast mass support among Kerala Muslims. He has got the approval of a majority of his people for this heinous act. And now it has surfaced in Pakistan as well. The cold blooded killing of Punjab governor Mr. Salman Taseer is the latest sign. He has been shot dead (more than 30 bullets in his body) by his own body guard for supporting a poor Christian lady in a case of blasphemy. Pakistan ’s infamous blasphemy law introduced by Zia-Ul-Haq has already taken many Christian lives in Pakistan . If the hero’s welcome given to Salman’s killer is any indication, Christians will be rare samples in Pakistan very soon.

Only one people of the Book will ultimately survive. It looks like it will be Muslims. Amen.
