Imran Firasat Clears His Name Against Muslim Claims And Indonesian Hypocrisy

This is “Imran Firasat” a Pakistani national residing in Spain as a political refugee. Today I have seen on your website that someone claimed to be the victim´s wife and saying that I killed her husband and that I fled Indonesia after killing someone.

Shame on these Muslims! Lying is part of their religion. In the second e mail which I sent you, my passport´s copy can be found, where you will see that I was deported by Indonesians. You will also see that my passport was confiscated by them during my deportation. You will also see that how just after 8 days of my deportation I was sentenced without my presence and without being given a chance to defend myself.

Before I reveal you more lies from Indonesia, let me have the opportunity to open my personal life to your viewers so that no one ever will doubt again on my fight against Islam.I want to show you that how much someone can suffer for committing a crime of fighting against the devil of Islam.

I arrived in Spain with my family in 2004 escaping from the Islamic persecution in Pakistan. I was granted the refugee status on the grounds of all the death threats and persecution from the Muslim world which I was facing because of my critics, writings and opinions against Islam in the Spanish and International media.

I was on the gun point of Muslims all around the world as they do not have the capacity to hear the truth and they also do not believe in the freedom of expression. I was threatened and harmed physically by Muslims in Spain. That made me decided to leave Spain for a short while, and return after the things get calmed.

In year 2008 I went to Indonesia with my Indonesian wife and 3 children who also hold Spanish refugee status same as me. Despite of promising to my wife of giving up on the writing against Islam, I couldn´t stop myself from expressing my views on the Indonesian Islamic society which proudly calls itself the biggest Muslim population on the earth and is on the way to apply the Islamic shariah law in whole country. While I was in Indonesia, I saw the persecution towards Ahmadiyyas and Christian minorities in Indonesian Islamic land by the hands of Muslims. There were also many terrorist attacks targeting to the foreigners living in Indonesia, which was actually part of Islamic Jihad from Indonesian Islamists..

Those kinds of incidents insisted me to help out the Indonesian Muslims for coming out of the Islamic Jihad illusion. I started blogging and publishing books in Indonesian language with the purpose of changing the Muslims radical mentality showing them the real face of Quran and Muhammad, but never mentioning my real name as the author if not with fictitious names in order to not get caught by the Indonesia Jihadists or Islamic police. I got huge support by Indonesian Muslims on social networking sites and used to receive thousands of messages by e mails containing their solidarity, but I also earned many enemies including all the Islamic radical groups who were looking for me. Much news was published in the Indonesian media about my blogs and my criticism towards Islam and Muhammad. Indonesian police and Islamic groups were looking for the person who used to make those blogs and distribute the books, which was actually me.

In year 2010 I was finally caught by the Indonesian police, when I was followed by them while sending some e mails and got trapped through my IP address. I was detained in a police station, where they threatened me to prosecute me for blasphemy which could end up my life in prison. On the other hand they also offered me not to charge me for blasphemy and let me go back to Spain in case if I pay them huge money as a bribe. I agreed on that deal as I was not interested into spending my life in prison or being killed by Islamic groups for the crime of blasphemy towards Islam.

I was asked to pay the money, a promise that I would never return to Indonesia and get a letter from the Spanish embassy in Jakarta in which they must request to the Indonesian immigration authorities for letting me go out of Indonesia.

My passport was confiscated by the Indonesia immigration authorities while my deportation was in process. Spanish embassy cooperated with me as they saw that I am a legal resident of Spain and they knew how dangerous it could be to me if the media and Islamic groups come to know that it was actually me who used to create anti-Islamic blogs and books. Spanish embassy issued the letter on the name of Indonesian authorities and I paid the huge sum of money which I was extorted by the corrupt Indonesian police and immigration officials.

My deportation took place On 7th of July 2010 when I was taken to the airport of Jakarta handcuffed by the Indonesian police and immigration officials and was put in a plane. I couldn´t bring my family back with me as I had to pay all the money I had to the Indonesian officials for avoiding the charges of blasphemy. I told my wife and children to be patient, let me go back to Spain, work and earn money for making arrangements for their travelling to Spain.

I arrived back to Spain and was working in order to bring my family as soon as possible. But after some months there was an International arrest warrant issued on my name by the Indonesian police through the Interpol, according to what they requested from the Spanish authorities for my arrest and extradition to Indonesia. They accused me of murdering someone in Indonesia and then fleeing the country.

I was detained by the Spanish police and was told by them that it is their obligation to detain me as there is an international arrest warrant on my name, but I will get a fair chance to prove my innocence and avoid the extradition. In the first instance I was completely shocked and broken mentally. But my innocence and believe in the Spanish justice system encouraged me to fight against the devil´s conspiracy.

The reason Indonesia issued an arrest warrant for me was that after they deported me, they had a high level official Islamic pressure to bring me back and punish me for the crime of blasphemy which they consider a very serious offence. And the reason they accused me of a murder was that they knew if they ask my extradition on the charges of blasphemy the Spanish authorities will never extradite me as Spain believes in the freedom of expression. That is why they had to create something which must be extremely serious so that they could take me to Indonesia and kill me there.

When I was taken in front of the judge, I explained him that I am a political refugee in Spain for the reasons of my criticism against Islam. And right now the charges I am facing from an Islamic country are false as it is an Islamic conspiracy in order to manipulate the Spanish justice system. I requested the judge that he should ask the proofs against me from the Indonesian authorities. The judge did so. He asked the Indonesian authorities for the proofs which show my implication in a crime of murdering someone.

I was detained for a period of 90 days and then there was a trial. It’s very important to mention here that Indonesia didn´t send any proof against me. On one hand they charged me for a murder but on the other hand they didn´t send any credible proof and didn´t even show up in the trial. I presented my statement to the judge as following:

(1) Indonesia lied to the Spanish authorities by saying that I flee from Indonesia. On the contrary I was deported by them which can be proven by the Indonesian immigration´s deportation stamp on my Spanish refugee travel document.

(2) The crime which they alleged me for was committed on 10th June 2010. And I was deported from Indonesia on 7th July 2010. This means that after the alleged crime committed I was still in Indonesia for 27 days. Why wasn´t I charged for this crime, detained and prosecuted in those 27 days and why would they deport me if they knew about my involvement in a serious crime like murder.

Indonesian authorities can´t even say that I was at large, because I was in a complete contact with the Spanish embassy, Indonesian police and the immigration department. All that can be proven by the letter I was issued by the Spanish embassy in Indonesia, the document which shows that my passport was confiscated by the Indonesian immigration and my passport which shows that I didn´t leave Indonesia as a regular visitor but I was deported.

(3) I was deported by the Indonesian officials on 7th July 2010, which means until 7th July 2010 there was nothing against me. But incredibly on 16th July 2010, i.e., exactly after 8 days from my deportation, I was sentenced, in absentia for 20 years. Please pay attention to this very important part of the story that on 7th July they deported me but after 8 days they sentenced me without my presence, without giving me a chance or enough time to prepare my case and defend myself.

Which country´s law is so fast and impatient that within 8 days they can organize a trial without the presence of the accused and sentence him for whole life? This shows that Indonesian police did all this in a hurry with some hidden agenda.

And the extradition which they requested form the Spanish government is not for prosecuting me but for putting me in prison without hearing me as they already have sentenced me. Would Spain and the western world respect this kind of unfair trial and questionable extradition request?

(4) It may be possible that Indonesians would say that it was a mistake to deport him but after we deported him we found the strong proofs against him, and that is why we sentenced him. But if they can sentence me in absentia in just 8 days, that means they must have very strong proofs against me.

So where are the proofs? Why didn´t they send the proofs? I feel so much pity with them that in a murder case they don’t have fingerprints proof, DNA proof, Voice or video recording proof, photographic proof or at least the murder weapon. Why didn´t they present the proofs upon the request of the Spanish High Court and why didn´t they appear in the trial to prove my guilt?

After presenting this statement I told the judge again that, I haven´t committed any crime and it is an Islamic conspiracy against me. The only crime I have committed in Indonesia or even in Spain is to oppose the violent Islamic ideology and the false messages from Muhammad. If criticizing a fake prophet is crime, then yes I am a criminal, if raising the voice against Islamic Jihad is an offence then yes I am a criminal, and if talking in favour of humanity and against terrorism is a crime then yes I am proudly a criminal.

The judge was more than convinced about my innocence after seeing a blunder of lies which Indonesia created and I was acquitted in that trial. My extradition to Indonesia was refused. No surprise that Indonesia didn´t lodge any appeal against the court´s decision. As they had realized that their lie has been revealed and it won´t be possible anymore to fool a modern and transparent judicial system like Spain´s.

But the judge still wanted to give a last chance to Indonesia if they had something credible against me. That is why despite of refusing the extradition and acquitting me he said that the Indonesian authorities can come to Spain with all the proofs and prosecute me in the Spanish territory so that there can be a fair trial.

Spain organized an investigative commission in which Indonesian authorities were invited. This was the last chance for the Indonesian authorities to prove their allegation against me.

I was told to appear in the court on 17th may 2011 where I would face the Indonesian authorities. I went on that day but there was no Indonesian around. Then I was given another date 21st may 2011, on which I had to reappear, I was ready to go but I got a call from the court informing me that Indonesian authorities are not coming so that the schedule is cancelled and they gave me another date 27th may 2011 on which I appeared, but as I expected Indonesia authorities didn´t appear again. That was the limit of annoyingness which made the judge to shut down this case forever with no more legal possibilities to go forward.

I was free of all burdens. I proved my innocence and cleared my name in Spanish media and the judicial system. But Indonesia didn´t give up. After losing the legal battle the radical Islamic police of Islamic republic of Indonesia still decided to go on for abusing their power and use all the diplomatic cunning tricks to capture me, whether in a legal or illegal way as I am an apostate blasphemer who must be killed by them according to their Islamic religious obligations.

That is why they continued keeping my name in the Interpol red notices list with the hopes that I could be caught and deported to Indonesia someday in future when I am out of the Spanish territory which didn´t believe the Indonesian bullshit.

But I am deeply concerned with the Interpol´s strategy which calls itself the wisest international police organization. Does Interpol have an idea how they are being used by some Islamists? Before ruining the life of someone why doesn’t Interpol confirm the authenticity of the allegations or charges against the accused person?

Interpol says it is not their job to investigate the particulars of each case and they just do their job to catch the accused people. But how the International community can allow the Interpol to cooperates with radical pariah Islamic states who do not care about human rights, international laws and manipulate the world with lies? Why the Interpol has become a prostitute which can be used anytime by some corrupt regime? Why Interpol has been converted from an International respected institution to an easy to access website where some crazy people can post someone picture and declare him a criminal internationally?

We all know the recent case of “Hamza Kashgari” a Saudi journalist who was arrested in Malaysia and deported to Saudi Arabia with the help of the Interpol for the crime of expressing his views on Prophet Muhammad. Shame on the Interpol for becoming a pawn in the hand of Islamic radicals, and for destroying innocent lives in this manner.

In my case, the country which persecutes me (Indonesia) is a state which doesn´t respect the human rights of its citizens. The major examples are the political oppression in the provinces of Papua and Aceh where the local people have to lose their lives as the price of fighting for their independence. Another example is East Timor which after a long suffering and human massacre by the cruel Indonesian army finally got their independence. “Ahmadiyyas” the Muslim minority group in Indonesia face serious persecution, they get killed by radical Muslims in the presence of the police who never intervene to defend the victims.

Christians are another victim of Indonesian injustice. Several churches were burnt, Christians were killed and robbed in the Islamic land of Indonesia and the police never took any action against those radical Islamic groups like “Majelis – e – Ulema, Hizbut Tahrir or Front Pembela Islam” which actually form the government and have the complete power in their hand to erase those who oppose them or their religion.

Indonesia calls itself a fair democracy. Nothing can be further from the truth. Indonesia is a radical Islamic state. It has no fair judicial system, it allow no freedom of religion. It is the most corrupt country of Asia and also one of the world´s most corrupt countries where any policeman, witness or judge can be bought for a little money.

The Interpol´s red notice against me issued by the Indonesian police is religiously motivated. They have already sentenced and declared me a criminal without a fair trial and a proper process according to the international laws and human rights of an individual. They did so because they like to shut my mouth, because I pose a threat to Islam.
