Does Allah approve of lying?
We have distinct records of the words and deeds of both the lying, murdering prophet of Islam and his lying, murderous followers. By extension, can there be lying and thus deception in the cause of Allah?
As the perfect example for all Muslims to follow, was Muhammad wrong for allowing lying, especially to sanction an assassination?
“Muhammad bin Maslama got up saying, “O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like that I kill him [Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf]?” The Prophet said, “Yes,” Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab). “The Prophet said, “You may say it,” (Bukhari Vol. 5, Book 59, #369).
In the above hadith, Muhammad advocated lying. Is lying acceptable in Islam, to justify a murder no less?
So we ask, does the god of Islam approve of lying?
- If Allah does not permit lying, then wasn’t Muhammad, the perfect Muslim, wrong?
- If Mohammed was not wrong, then Allah approves of lying.
Surely Allah works in mysterious ways. I must wonder why Jesus had no men, women and children assassinated and murdered like Mohammed did in the cause of Allah.

The god of Islam,Allah, approves of lying. The Islamic lying by Muslims is even given a fancy name. It’s called Taqiyya.
In great contrast the God of the Bible, Yahweh, doesn’t approve of lying, Not even a little bit ,not at all .
For example the Bible in Proverbs 12:22. reads “The Lord detests lying lips,but He delights in people who are trustworthy.” [N.I.V.]
Therefore the God of the Bible is not really Allah the god of Islam. To explain, through the passing of time it has become widely accepted that the word “Allah” is just the Arabic word for God. This started when truth compromising Bible “translators” substituted the word Allah where the word God should have had been uses in the Arabic translation of the Bible. Furthermore, in the glossary in the book ASSASSINS! By Dr. Haha Lung it defines Allah as the “Pre-Islamic Lunar god : the god of Islam. “ Likewise, in the book entitled INSIDE ISLAM by a former Muslim who is now a Christian, Reza F. Safa on pages 22, 23 it reads “In pre-Islamic times both Allah –worship and Baal-worship involved the worship of the sun, the moon and the stars which h defines them as astral religions. [Which are condemned in the Bible, Second Kings 23:5] The crescent moon, which was the symbol of moon worship, is also the symbol of Islam.” In conclusion the Islamic god, Allah, is not the God of the Bible.

That would lead us to conclude that Allah is Satanic, if not Satan by the Christian definition. Mohammed never interacted with Allah, he received his revelations from Gabriel, a third party who claimed to be speaking for Allah.

If this question on the title of this article means “Does the god of Islam, Allah, approve of lying ?” Yes indeed, for the telling of blatant lies, engaging in deception, for the advancement of Islam is known as Taqiyya. The facts of reality is that a lie is a lie and changing the name or title of a lie or anything that is wrong doesn’t change the actual essence of it. For example removing the label on the jar of poison and replacing that label with another label the read “Apple Juice” is a dangerous and deadly folly.
Furthermore,the scheming jihadist /Muslims who attempt to have Sharia law set up in the USA and other Western nations engage in the doctrines of the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya which is very insidious. Taqyyia is the jihad dogma that deception is a good thing to do as long as it’s done for the advancement of Islam. Nevertheless, the God of the Bible “condemns those who devise wicked schemes…” Proverbs 12:11. [N.I.V.] Likewise, Proverbs 12:20 teaches “Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil.”
Well said. Those observations hadn’t escaped me.
Mohammed believed he was possessed by a demon when he first heard the call and tried to commit suicide… the hints about spiritual source of his inspiration are there.
Islam and Mohammed, by their own definitions of Islam, Jesus and Christianity, are first rate candidates for the Anti-Christ of legend.
Interestingly Jesus has easily identified Satan and his character. He said “Devil was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.(John 8:44)
Now we know who Satan is. Taqqiya plays havoc among Muslims, though it is to be used to promote the cause of Islam among the non-Muslims. It is always interesting to watch when one Muslim sells his product to another Muslim. Taqqiya plays in both of them.
