In every religion, there is good, bad and ugly.
The good part is what is preached, the inner peace and the afterlife that it promises.
The bad part is the hidden agenda of their founders, who were generally narcissists that wanted to control others.
The ugly part is the outcome and the disastrous toll that they take from the followers and others who are often victimized by the followers.
There are good things in Islam too. But they are all subjective. They have to do with how Muslims feel when they believe in what Muhammad promised them. Apart from this subjective feeling of euphoria, Islam is a negative force in the life of the believers as well as in the lives of those who chose not to believe.
The real impact of Islam on the believers and the society is negative. Islam foments intolerance, incites violence, causes division, encourages inequality and promotes ignorance. Objectively, there is little positive outcome from Islam. Islamic countries are generally backwards and inhumane. Muslims are the primary victims of Islam, but others are not immune of the Islamic venom.
The negative impact of Islam on the world far outweighs the feeling of euphoria that it brings to its unthinking believers. One can have that feeling by believing in anything. Why believe in something that is so harmful and devastating?

I just cant figure out one thing that you always refer to the current state of Muslims, which is no doubt pathetic. Why you don't want to go into the glorious times of Islam when the Muslims were the most educated and innovative people of the world. by reading couple of your articles, i have a feeling that you are one of those people who are simply not happy with their own condition.
The condition of the Muslims in the world is due to the mistakes of the Muslim rulers and their distance from actual Islam. Just cutting the head and hand off is not Islam. Islam requires the financial security for all (including non-Muslims). The concept of Bait-ul-Maal ensures that no one sleeps hungry. Your points are mostly against the human nature, as violence and inequality are always there and Allah knows how he have created us. It sounds good to talk about love ad against Jihad, but actual jihad is nothing more then the driving force for the Islamic Army, and each country have the right to an army.
Considering individual parts of Islam may sound strange, but they all are suppose to work together and only then the perfect society can be created.
May Allah guide us all to the righteous path and forgive us all of any sin committed intentionally or unintentionally. Ameen.
(P.S. I m not a scholar nor a very knowledgeable guy. Just got invited by some one on youtube and thought to share my opinion.)

i totally agree with Fahad.. Islan is a great religion & no matter what you think of it; there is no way you can hold responsible ever other muslim. Islam means PEACE. Remember that. Simple as.

It was a time when Muslims ruled the great civilizations of Greece, Iran and India. Muslims plagiarized the knowledge of these civilizations and presented them as innovations. For example the Arabic numerals are actually Hindu Numerals, Algebra was invented in India and just reproduced by muslims in a book called Kitab-al-hind (Book of Hindus)
Arabic medicine is still called Unani (Greek)
Chinese, Indians, Greek innovated much more than muslims ever could.
