A History of Muslim Terrorism against Jews in the United States

The arrest yesterday of four would-be Jihadis before they could attack two synagogues in New York City brings to mind a long list of terrorist assaults in the United States by Muslims on Jews. These began in 1977 and have continued regularly since, as suggested by the following list of major incidents (ignoring lesser ones that did damage only to property, such a series of attacks on Chicago-area synagogues):
· March 1977: Hanafi Muslims seized three buildings in Washington, including the headquarters of B'nai B'rith, and held hostages for 39 hours, leading to one death and one severe injury.
· November 1990: El Sayyid Nosair assassinated Rabbi Meir Kahane in a New York hotel.
· February 1993: Ramzi Yusuf, the mastermind of the bombing of the World Trade Center in New York, which claimed 7 lives and injured more than a thousand people,, declared the towers not a civilian target but a military one, by virtue of the fact that it might house a "Zionist official."
· June 1993: "Boom! Broken windows. Jews in the street," is how one of the plotters described the carnage that would ensue from a planned "day of terror" with simultaneous bombings of the United Nations complex, the Lincoln and Holland tunnels, and other New York landmarks..
· March 1994: Rashid Baz, a Palestinian immigrant, opened fire on a van carrying Orthodox Jewish boys across the Brooklyn Bridge, killing 16-year-old Ari Halberstam.
· July 1997: 'Ali Hasan Abu Kamal, a 69-year-old Palestinian, shot seven tourists atop the Empire State building, killing one and severely wounding another; in his suicide note, he accused the United States of using Israel as "an instrument" against the Palestinians.
· July 1997: Ghazi Ibrahim Abu Maizar's near-explosion of a pipe bomb in the New York City subway system.
· July 2002: Hesham Mohamed Ali Hadayet's attack on the El Al counter at Los Angeles International Airport, killing two
· September 2005: Jam'iyyat Ul-Islam Is-Saheeh plot against two Los Angeles-area synagogues, disrupted due to a dropped mobile phone.
· May 2009: Four arrested in attempt to blow up two New York City synagogues.
(This listing is drawn in part from a 1999 article of mine; I shall add to it as needed.)
Comments:
(1) Inexplicably, Muslim-on-Jewish violence peaked in the years 1990-97 and has declined since.
(2) Muslims of immigrant and of African-American origins have each engaged in a share of the attacks roughly proportionate to their demographics.
(3) As I concluded in a 2005 article on this subject, "Even though most Jews resist acknowledging it, the Muslim threat is changing Jewish life in the United States. The golden age of American Jewry is coming to an end." (May 21, 2009)

These terrorist attacks are
These terrorist attacks are from the religion of peace. Interfaith dialogue and trying to understand them is useless. All these people want to do is spread Islam through terror, kill the Jews, spread sharia law, and exc.
I was raised christian and
I was raised christian and became muslim not too long ago. I have read the Quran several times and studied Islam and nowhere in the Quran does it say anything about killing jews. In fact, it says to be kind and respect people of any religion. Islam is a religion of PEACE. There are terrorists of all cultures and races and religion around the world. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world for a reason. People have become curious after 9/11 and those who actually read the Quran themselves rather than obsorb all the media nonsense learn the facts and realize what Islam really is.
Being a muslim means you live each day to be kind, to help others and care for others as much as you care for yourself. To not be selfish, to take care of your body and be healthy and humble. To love and to thank God for all your blessings and to remember why you are here on earth.
With American anti-Semitism
With American anti-Semitism and the anti-Israel charge led by the President himself, the Golden Age of America is coming to an end. There never was a 'golden age of American Jewry'. American Jews are deluded by superficialities to think that American freedom ever included them. America looks on Israel as a burden not an ally. In that sentiment lies the seed of their demise. Bigger empires than America have fallen. Economic malaise is the harbinger of this as America prostitutes itself to the highest bidder.
Whilst America stood against arab intellectual and moral corruption God favoured them. When it becomes part of that corruption it will be cast aside. Obama represents a victory for that State Department sentiment best encapsulated by its former under-secretary Richard Armitrage when he said 'Iran is a democracy'! HA! A house cannot be built on top of lies, how much less so can a country!

#2 Why lie. You serve allah the DEVIL, the greatest deceiver, schemer, planner per his own words. sura 3:54. It says kill Jews and kill Christians and kill pagans. Kill all non-Muslims. Sura 8:12, 47:4. We here have also read the Quran and we know lying is Islamic by Satan the Devil the GOD of the world.
Jews are non-Muslims. Muhammad killed 900 Jewish men over 12 and castrated all boys from 9-12. Muslims did the same with East Africans, killed over 100 million and enslaved all of the females. This is why you have dark skinned Arabs. Dark skinned Sudanese and light skinned Arabs who are considered Caucasians. Muhammad was a white man with a white penis.

1. Just being the follower of any religion does not make you the master of that religion, its preaching and ideology, same with Christianity and Islam. I met people who were first Christian than converted to Islam and than reconverted back to Christianity. Are you saying that highly educated and respected People like Bin Laden, Al Jawahiri and professors from various universities through the world are not educated enough to understand the meaning of Koran and its preaching. If so, you are really my god! These all people have masters or Ph.D. degrees, they could have a simple and peaceful life like other educated people but they decide to save the Islam by killing the Non Muslims.
2. The best way to judge the Islam is to go into the ground realties instead of reading it. Is there peace in Islamic countries? Was there peace in Islamic countries? Is there equal rights for man and woman in the Islamic society (Is a female allowed to marry four man).
3. Islam always talks about t love & peace but at the same time ask his followers to kill non believers (see the history).If some body does not wanna believe in God should he be killed by Muslims. (Trust me, we would not be having this advance world full of technology and medicine if scientist only have believed in Koran)
4. According to Koran, Non -believers should be punished, but what about the natural catastrophes in recent years in Islamic region like tsunami- 2004 ( Centre was a place called ‘Ache’ in Indonesia well known for Sunni extremists/terrorist) earth quake in Kashmir in 2005 in the holy month of Ramdan ( When poor Muslims were fasting for 30 days). And I don’t think that you believe USA and west is also responsible for these catastrophes. The number of Muslims were killed in these natural disaster is far higher than killed during war.
So please try to keep showing and expressing your Knowledge of Islam, start thinking about the incidents took place or taking place at the ground level and also think hard that why these highly educated people are involved in Terrorist activities/ Jihad.
The point I raised has nothing to do with Media or verses form Koran, any illiterate people can understand it.
