The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal has ruled that Section 13, Canada's much-criticized human rights hate speech law, is an unconstitutional violation of the Charter right to free expression because of its penalty provisions.

Freedom of speech is a right

Freedom of speech is a right that is very precious to those who love freedom. I resent attempts made by fanatical Muslims to take that away from me.

Freedom of speech is synonymous with:Freedom of expression & Freedom of thought.
Hate speech degrades & humiliates fellow human beings.
Anyone who has some knowledge on Islam knows that freedom of speech,expression & thought is strongly discouraged.The Qur'an & Hadith would be of no use & would be discarded if Muslims lived by these freedom principles.
