I just recently converted to Islam thanks to this site and thanks to all the haters of Islam. They basically help me find the true religion of our beloved prophet Muhammad (pees be upon him, hope I spelled this right, english is not my primary language).

I know now that my conversion to Islam is my calling to defend Islam against those who do their best to insult Islam and prophet Muhammad (pbuh). I really believe my Muslims brothers and sisters tend to run away from reasoning with these infidels because a lot of them are not equiped with enough knowledge and enough faith to stand up in the name of Allah, al-rahman, al-rahim, and last but not the least, al-muthil.

In my defense to our beloved Prophet Muhammad's(pbuh) statements concerning babies' urine, it is scientifically proven that baby’s urine is sterile and does not contain bacteria unless the baby has urinary infection which happens mostly with female infants. Baby’s urine consists mainly of dead cells and chemical waste from the body which in turn become food for bacteria. It is okay to just sprinkle a little bit of water when peed upon by a baby boy as long as you changed your clothes before bacteria starts to make your clothes smell like a hyena. I’m pretty sure Prophet Muhammad changed his clothes before he smelled like hyena, it’s just not written in the Hadith. Can you infidels give a Hadith stating that Prophet Muhammad smelled really bad? I don’t think so. There is a Hadith, however, saying that the prophet was infected with lice, but I don’t think it’s because he smelled like a hyena that lice were attracted to him.

Camel urine is an entirely different matter. It is only consumed according to the prophet (pbuh) for medicinal purpose. The reason until now, the scientific community found no evidence of its medicinal properties is because the scientific community is reluctant to study the properties of camel urine due to its smell. Nobody wants to volunteer to drink that damn thing. You see, camels are very efficient when consuming water. They only discard a little bit of it while their urine is mainly composed of dead cells and waste materials form their bodies. That’s why it’s a lot stronger than human urine. Trust me, I tasted it. It wasn’t really that bad, but the putrid smell and acidic metallic taste is unbearable. It basically made me cry while pretending I was happy drinking it in front of my Imam. It’s an acquired taste, you just got to get used to it. I drank it because I had constipation and behold within minutes I had diarrhea from hell, Allahu Akbar!!! Now who’s telling the truth!

Muslims at my college approach people with different beliefs in a kind and loving manner, but all we muslims get in return is fear and hatred. The prophet was right that it will be hard to be a muslim in the future. Thats because the media portrays us so badly, and blind people like you guys follow everything you read in the metro every other day...and you believe its true. Most muslims are kind, and loving...but still, everyone speaks of Islam as it is some kind of a disease. For me, I have never had such a high status until I became a true Muslim. I still have a lot to do, like I don't wear the hijab yet, but thats because of my skin condition and Insha'Allah I have been excused of wearing it. You see, Islam makes everything simple.

That does not seem logical to me. You love Islam and pity Muslims when they are mocked and you get indignant, angry at the mockers, OK, I understand. But people should seek the truth, the best way to live and be happy, in my view. Treating Islam like a disease? Yes, it often is, but the point is that it is being very precisely scrutinized, by ex-muslims and Islamologists. This seems so necessary to us, as it is such a powerful religion, many are worried by it.

Please look at the situation globally, not just to what our media, politicians and citizens say. You will see that the press in Islamic countries is much more anti-Israeli and anti-Western than ours is anti-Islamic. We are for certain much more balanced, many parties speak up for Muslims. You are right Mehren, you muslims are lucky because you don't have to think about anything. Everything is written in the Quran, when a problem arises you only have to open Quran and look for the solution.

For instnace, if one wants to thigh a pre-pubescent girl, it is halal for a muslim to do it because your prophet has shown the way, if one wants to screw a kafir woman, kill her husband/father and make her slave and it is halal to do sex with a slave girl. If one wants to kill a kafir, just do it and blame him that he insulted Mohammed and his Quran. For any atrocity human mind can conceive one can find justification in Quran.

General assertion would be that in all religion teachings so far there are certain flaws and falacies. The main reason for these occurances is because perception of the world changed within the time. Our knowledge of the world doesn't correspond to the knowledge of the people that lived thousends of years ago. In every religious scriptures we will find myths ... last three monotheistic religions are based on the similar principles and they talk about the same God, regardless of Christian's interpretation of Jesus as a God.

Therefore the God's revalations are mixed with costums and cultural beliefs. There are different interpretations of Islam and those interpretations are sometimes misinterpretations. Original Islam teaches peace and tolerrance and all those who are Muslims claim to feel it.

One cannot declare Islam to be illogical and absurd and at the same time claim others religion have the great sense and logic, when the truth is every religion has flaws. Then question arises why one would have such a strong desire to portrait Islam as ridiculous when other religions are the same rediculous if observe from that angle.

Humans in their nature are prone to lack the sense for the right and the wrong. Can humans be objective in their observation of others and can humans make clear distinction between two of those with being 100% convinced they are right??? No. Why then some people try to portrait Islam and prophet Muhammed(saws) as evil when they themselves lack the insight for concepts of good and bad???

Holly Quran speaks the language of the science and only true scientists will confirm that, and only true charlatans will deny that. Others than scientists will only speculate ... same as they speculate about everything else.

Quran carries the peace within ... and it's entirely adopted to the human kind. I do not oppose the fact that Islamic countries are far from being liberal. Democracy is very big issue and lesson for barabarians to acknowledge, Why do I say barbarians??? When I first time read Quran i ddin't find anything violet in it I only found people claiming it to have violence in it, Muslims and non-.Muslims. Quran is untouched and it also a document from that time, though it carries universal message that there is one God and people should worship Him and nourish the best they carry within.

We all have moral codes within yet we still sometimes doubt which thing is right to do or which is the wrong. By means of logic all can be justified ... and with no fear of punishment most of the people would cross all limits of perversion and criminal acts.

People always had a need to belong to a certaing gruop ... it gives them the feeling of safety and protection. Not all people have the strong power of reasoning and insight to distingush good from bad. God implamented himself in our brain program because we need Him.

Even we those who claim to see things better and claim to have better understanding are failing on many simple things. We are helpless most of the time and life is out of our control.

The world would be better place only if all people realize that they all have the same root and that we are all drops of the same sea. We should tend to uderstand each others and try to direct each others on the right tracks, not to attack and pretend to be superior, when being superior is an illusion same as all the rest.
