[b]Ali Sina: Why I Left Islam[/b]
I am often asked, Why I left Islam?. As absurd as it may be, some Muslims cannot even allow themselves to think that leaving Islam is an option, or even possible. They rather think that those who leave Islam are paid Jewish agents than accept the fact that people have freedom to think and some may even think that Islam is not for them. The following are my reasons:
Verses from the Quran (translated in English) on topics related to apostasy, terror, unbelievers, afterlife, thieves, freedom or religion, women, and adultery.
When Allah awarded Prophet-hood to our Prophet, he ordered him to continue the peaceful teachings of prophet Jesus. These instructions came in the initial 87 Meccan Surahs (verses of Quran).
Our poor Apostle toiled with these ineffective Suras for 13 years without much success. With these useless verses, he managed to convert only his immediate family, friends and a few destitute pagans. Others mocked and laughed at him. They called him a fake, a liar and a charlatan.

Some students at Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany are human rights activists. As students of "Arab Sociology" they chose a project through which they wanted to investigate how petrodollar Arabs ill-treat their maids.
They checked with some first-class hotels and found "treasure troves" of abuse.
