Ever since I started reading the Quran some twenty years ago, I have been trying to find out the true identity of the Allah, who had revealed its contents to Muhammad. This question arose in my mind because I found Him describing Himself as I, He, Me and We in the Quran.

Jahanshah Rashidian   Nabuwat or the prophecy of Muhammad is one of the pillars, indeed, the foundation, of Islam. It is a requisite for every Muslim to believe in the prophecy of Muhammad, namely Muhammad-al-Rassul Allah (i.e. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah). Information on Muhammad’s life are deduced from the Koran, the "Sirah" (biography of the Prophet), and some parts of the “Hadiths” (prophetic sayings and deeds), which are considered as "Sahih" (reliable).

In the course of exchanging comments on an article The Quran and Hadith: Which is More Authentic? in islam-watch.org, Mr. Abu Shuja’ah, a prominent Islamic propagandist on the Internet, made a number of outrageous claims. On the question of why Muhammad attacked, slaughtered and exiled the Jews of Medina, he claimed:
The Jews were driven out of Medina for attacking and killing Muslims.

By Dr Radhasyam Brahmachari In India, monks are usually respected more by the Hindus than kings and that is the reason they add the word Maharaj (great king) after the names of the monks. Common Hindus honour the utterances of the monks as God’s word and they cannot even dream that the monks can commit crimes, do injustice to any one, deviate from truth and tell lies.
