A Worthless Deity Who Lied!

One of the important lessons our distant forefathers had learned was to respect Power. They saw power in the animals in whose midst they lived, and in the people among them who were big and stronger than themselves. This realization helped them avoid unnecessary deaths as well as troubles with those people whom they could not face physically, even when they offended or harmed them in many ways.

On reading the Quran, one cannot miss the large number of verses dedicated to the stories of previous prophets, which is rather surprising for a book that only touched briefly on far more important issues. It is obvious that Mohammed was trying to make a point to his followers; he wanted them to believe in those prophets as men with superior human qualities, specially created and selected by Allah to be His spokesmen on earth. According to Mohammed, prophets maintained some form of direct contact with Allah, who provided them with support and guidance.

Contradiction: 12:20 says Joseph’s brothers sold him as a slave for a miserly price. 12:100 Joseph thought Satan had created enmity between him and his brethren; Joseph’s parents and his brothers prostrated before Joseph. Contradiction: 2:255, 3:2, 3:18, 11:2, 20:98, 40:62, 40:65 say humans must prostrate (worship) only to Allah, and no one else. 12:109 Allah sends revelations to men only. Contradiction: 27:82 says Allah also sends a beast as a messenger. Contradiction: 35:
