Should Tax Dollars Prosecute Terrorists or Pay for Their Defense Lawyers?

Scott Brown's victory speech Tuesday night in Massachusetts included a sharp criticism of Obama's benevolent treatment of foreign terrorist suspects:

 

"And let me say this, with respect to those who wish to harm us, I believe that our Constitution and laws exist to protect this nation - they do not grant rights and privileges to enemies in wartime. In dealing with terrorists, our tax dollars should pay for weapons to stop them, not lawyers to defend them."

 

What brought you here?: 
Why does this administration want to ignore the successful tradition and history of U.S. prosecutions during wartime?

Pakistan has been beset by suicide bombing attacks almost constantly for months now. Terrorists viciously attack schools, funerals, weddings, mosques, market places, as well as military and police barracks. Their aim is to do as much damage as they can to Pakistanis, particularly to women and children in marketplaces, and they take credit for these acts.

 

What brought you here?: 
Pakistan has been beset by suicide bombing attacks almost constantly for months now. You would think that the Pakistani public would be outraged, would recognize that they have a vicious internal enemy, and would want them crushed. Sadly, that's not the case.

Time for DoD to Overhaul its Muslim Chaplain Program

What brought you here?: 
It would shock most Americans to learn that DoD's own Muslim chaplain program was birthed by a convicted terrorist and remains tainted today, eight years after 9/11, by Islamic terrorist affiliations.
