Can I pray for a Kafir?
I have a Christian friend whom I love very much, and he is one of the Christians who are praised in the Qur’aan. Now he is very sick; does Islam allow me to pray to Allaah to heal him?.
Chess: A Muslim Invention?
Question : Why is chess forbidden?
Answer : It is not permissible, because it is a means for Lahv (debauchery) and gambling. Many traditions have been reported from the Holy Prophet and the Imams (a.s.) that prohibit playing chess. Moreover, when we do not know the reason behind the forbiddenness of an act, we are bound to obey in absolute obedience. There is a reason for it, but we do not know it and when we do not know it, it does not mean that we should not abide by it.
O ye who believe..
Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Islam is the one true religion, a WONDERFUL religion! Not once has anyone taught me or my family anything violent or negative. We are only surrounded by people who are caring and promote what ALLAH IS….PURE LOVE!
