Courtroom Cirque du Jihad

Imagine this nightmare courtroom scenario: Unhinged Jew-bashing, open mockery of American soldiers, juror intimidation and coldly calculated exploitation of U.S. constitutional protections by a suspected al-Qaida defendant. Well, there’s no need to wait for the Gitmo terror trial circuses. New York City is already getting a glimpse of the future.

Chaos and chicanery within the current federal trial of Jihadi scientist Aafia Siddiqui illustrates why terrorists should be tried in controlled military tribunals, not federal courtrooms.

Should Tax Dollars Prosecute Terrorists or Pay for Their Defense Lawyers?

Margaret Hemenway

Scott Brown's victory speech Tuesday night in Massachusetts included a sharp criticism of Obama's benevolent treatment of foreign terrorist suspects:

Kerala on the National and International Terror Map

IB has confirmed that terror modules and cells all over India have Nazeer-trained Kerala Malayali Muslim youth. And there should be no iota of doubt in the fact that the future of both India and Kerala is at stake.

The role of terror cells in Kerala was for long an unconfirmed suspicion. However, the arrest of Thadiyandevide Nazeer and Shafaz, belonging to Kannur in Kerala in Bangladesh was a major breakthrough in the war against jehadi terrorism. They were both handed over to BSF by Bangladesh Rifles on the Indo-Bangla border in Meghalaya in last week of November.
