The main reason Islam has endured is that its promised pay-off for followers is in the unverifiable afterlife, whereas the other ideologies promised near-term successes which failed to materialize.
The similarities of these three historical figures are amazing. They were all narcissist tyrants who had the accidental good fortune of impeccable timing. They were the ‘strong horses’ of their day, and people fell into step by the millions. But they all had fatal character flaws – Hitler over-reached, Stalin was a clumsy strategist, and Muhammad‘s revelations from on high are contradictory and indefensible.

The classical method of presenting the Koranic text is based upon the length of the chapters. It starts with the longest sura and ends with the shortest sura. This methodology was devised by the secretary Zayd under the caliph, Umar, and there were arguments about it at the time. It is an arbitrary method of presenting the words spoken by Mohammed. It has failed to produce a text that can be easily understood. Mohammed did not produce or use the classical method of presenting the Koran.

adequately, impartially, yet in brief manners, and relatively unbiased. The author has brought the Islamic historical truth from the mouths of many highly reliable referees, including Islam’s historical intellectuals (like Al-Beruni, Ibn Battutah), who accompanied those ancient Arab invaders/brigands, or came as travelers, or those, who worked as secretaries of the Royal Courts of the Sultans and Emperors (Hasan Nizami, Amir Khasrau, Ziauddin Barani), and even the rulers themselves (Sultan Firoj Tughlaq, Emperor Babur and Jahangir)

The book covers the persecution of Muslims who convert to another religion or decide that they have become agnostic or atheists, as well as ‘heretics:’ those who are accused of claiming a prophet after Mohammed, such as Baha’is and Ahmadis. It also documents the political effects in Muslim societies of blasphemy and apostasy laws, as well as non-governmental fatwas and vigilante violence.

As we already know the hijackers of those planes, which were rammed into twin towers and Pentagon, were taking their orders from Osama Bin Laden, who quoted nothing but Islamic texts – namely: Koran, Sirah and Hadith – to justify his act(s) of violence against non-Muslims, repeatedly; similar to Pakistan sponsored terrorists against India and Saudi/Iran sponsored terrorists versus Israel. If only we can observe closely these acts of violence against non-Muslims by Muslim terrorists we could see that their sources of inspiration are one and the same – Islam’s holiest scriptures
