A Wakeup Call to Muslim Arab Women Living in the West, Part 1

Arab women! It’s time to stop cursing your fate! Enough is enough! It is a pity to be born as women in Muhammadan society in general, and in the Arabian Muhammadan society in particular. It’s a 14-century-old curse upon you. Let us not lose hope. Instead of resigning to your fate, as you have been forced to for centuries, it is time to stand up to reverse the fate of your daughters and granddaughters.
You Arab women are the direct descendents of the deprived and oppressed Safiyah, Jwairiyah, Raihaana, Umm Qirfa, Asma Bint Marwaan and thousands of others. It is the time to bring back the freedom, which your foremothers enjoyed in the pre-Islamic period, as well as the women of other parts of the present world.
Having worked in Saudi Arabia for many years, I have known about the pain of Arab Muslim women, which people of other parts of the world do not know. It is nearly impossible for you to think, demonstrate or protest openly for your rights in Arab countries. It is the responsibility of those Arab women, who have managed to “escape” from Arab countries to the other parts of the world, to raise their voice in support of the Arab women sufferers.

Instead, it is amazing and unfortunate to watch pro-Islamic demonstrations ‘against freedom’ in the USA and UK, organized by Hijaab or Niqab wearing Arab women, with hateful banners. This proves the extent of centuries-old oppression, which enslaved the minds of Arab women, making it difficult for them to realize their rights and dignity and stand up for them.
Those women, who wear Niqab in the free western world, actually commit crime against all women living in Arab countries. It is an insult to all brave women in the Muslim countries, who sacrificed their lives against this ridiculous, barbaric nonsense.
Even after “escaping” to the free world, their slavery to Islam continues and most of those Arab women are forced to wear the symbol of this slavery, namely the Niqaab. They are forced to fight and agitate “against freedom” in western countries. This may be due to commands of their male masters or that the Arab women themselves have become too habitual to the centuries-old symbol of suppression that they feel suffocated or unease to breathe in free atmosphere.
It is unimaginable for those Arab Muslim women living under Sharia law to raise their voice against such oppression. But for those, who have managed to escape from Arab countries, continuing the symbol of shame is unforgivable. The law of the free country you are residing is on your side. All you need is “guts” to throw the black tarpaulin from your society.
You are not alone in this fight. Already there are many freedom fighters in the battlefield. Especially, I feel proud to name some of the women freedom fighters, like Wafa Sultan, Nonie Darwish, Ayaan Hishri Ali, Taslima Nasreen and so on.
Try to study and know about the freedom that your foremothers enjoyed, before the introduction of hateful and oppressive Islam. You are the daughters of the suppressed women like Safiyyah, Juwairiyah, Umm Qirfa, Asma Bint Marwaan, Raihaana and thousands of others, whose tragic history has been buried unrecorded in the sand of the Arabian desert.
You are the educated, intellectual daughters of today’s free world. It is your responsibility to put an end to the centuries old suppression. Your inner conscious will never forgive you, if you still continue surrendering to the slavery of Islam out of fear. It is the responsibility of each Arab woman living in the free world to stand against this slavery and raise your voice against this medieval nonsense. Only your voices will free the women, whom you left behind in your Arab Nations as well as it will determine the fate of your daughters and granddaughters.
Burying the Female Children Alive during Jahiliyah — A Myth
Arab women! Try to study and analyze facts from Islamic sources about the freedom enjoyed by Arab women prior to the arrival of Muhammadan cult. Oppression of women is one of the worst things psychopathic Muhammad imposed upon his society. Yet Muslim clerics – all males – boast that Islam freed the women from the shackles of pre-Islamic barbaric customs and has given them equal rights. Anyone, who read Islamic sources, will realize the facts that women in the pre-Islamic Arab world enjoyed much better status and dignity. The concept of burying the female child alive in the period of JAHILIYA, the so-called period of IGNORANCE, is largely a lie. There might have been isolated incidents due to famine. In contrast, killing of young girls has taken place in recent years for silly reasons.
Statistics Shows Men vs Women Ratio 1:1 across the World
According to Wikipedia, statistics of gender ratio among Men vs. Women across is about 1:1 ratio. On what logic the all-knowing Allah ordered His Muslim men to marry 4 wives? According to Islamic sources, pre-Islamic Arabs buried their female-children, because they had considered them as a symbol of shame. If this is the case, given above statistics of male-female ration across the world, each Arab man of pre-Islamic times could not have even one woman to marry.
But the Islamic books states otherwise. Arab men during Muhammad’s time and also in the pre-Islamic period had several wives. It was their culture and practice to have several wives. Here is the list of wives of Muhammad and his forefathers according to Islamic sources.
Statistics of Wives Owned by Males of Muhammad’s Family
- Muhammad’s father Abdullah died during his honeymoon period. Otherwise he could have married as many as his son Muhammad.
- Abd al-Muthalib, Muhammad’s grandfather, had 5 wives (officially).
- Hashim Ibn Abd Manaaf, Muhammad’s Great Grandfather, had “at least” 5 wives.
- Muhammad’s Great Great Grandfather had 4 wives.
- Abu Bakr, Muhammad’s friend, father-in-law and successor ruler, had married 4 wives.
- Umar Ibn al-Khattaab, Muhammad’s another father-in-law and the 3rd king of Islam, had 9 wives.
- Uthmaan bin Afwaan, Muhammad’s son-in-law and the 4th king of Islam, had married 9 wives.
- Muhammad’s cousin, son-in-law and the 5th king of Islam, Ali have got 7 wives.
- Abu Sufiyaan — Muhammad’s cousin, enemy due to his custodianship of the Kaaba, Muhammad’s father-in-law, and later ruler of Najraan appointed by Muhammad — had 4 wives.
- Muhammad, the Prophet of Allah and the 1st king of Islam, had 11 official, 6 semi-official, and countless un-official, wives.
- Muhammad’s Grandson Husain had married 5 wives.
- Muhammad’s another Grandson Hassan, proved he to be the real descended of Muhammad, by marrying more than 70 wives. Some records say Hassan had even more.
The above statistics denotes only their official wives. Apart from these wives the Arabs used to have sex with their number of slave-girls too. Still, they are continuing this practice with their housemaids.
If the Arabs of Jahiliya had killed their female-children, then how could Muhammad, his companions and his forefathers had so many wives? If this information, from the Islamic sources is authentic, then which information is wrong? Either they killed their female children and couldn’t leave a single woman to get married or their entire information is fabricated? It is Muhammad and his followers, the victors, who informed us, of the alleged depravity of the Jahiliya Arabs.
CONCLUSION: The above statistics are not restricted to Muhammad’s family alone. It prevailed among the entire Arab societies. So, Muhammad brought nothing new.
The aim of formation of Islam by Muhammad is not for spiritual purpose, but for political purpose to snatch the custodianship from his cousins and subsequently to establish his supremacy in the entire Arab peninsula.
Let us analyze the status of women in the so called “Days of Ignorance”, i.e. “The Jaahiliyah”, from Islamic sources itself in part 2 of this article.

A muslim man can have sex with his female slave apart from his wives.

70:29 And those who guard their private part (chastity).

Maududi writes:
Two categories of women have been excluded from the general command of guarding the private parts: (a) wives, (b) women who are legally in one’s possession, i.e. slave-girls. Thus the verse clearly lays down the law that one is allowed to have sexual relation with one’s slave-girl as with one’s wife, the basis being possession and not marriage. If marriage had been the condition, the slave-girl also would have been included among the wives, and there was no need to mention them separately. (Ibid. p. 241, note 7)
Now, about house maids. Logic says they should not be treated as slaves but you know how muslims are they can distort any fact to suit themselves, so no wonder if arab men use house maids as sex objects.

Most of these house-maids happen to be from poorer countries like Nepal, Phillipines, Kerala (south india) etc. When they go to SA, their passports are taken by the employers and that virtually reduces them to slaves. The SA government is full aware but turns a blind eye because such practices mean cheap labour for their citizens. Not only that, it keeps the maids from being 'picky' about work and they do whatever they are told.
The maids tolerate all this because of multiple reasons. One, they need money to send back to their poor kith and kin; And we are talking whatever little amount the employer gives them. That too if the employer chooses to pay them. If you protest against them you can forget about your passport or your pay. I have heard of incidents where the employers simply threw the passports away, beat the maids, and turned them over to authorities to be jailed for being illegally in the country.
Secondly, how the hell are they going to contact the authorities? A country where even female Arab citizens are not permitted to drive, the maids are in a virtual jail at their employers' place. The few who do manage to contact authorities, the complicit government looks for any reasons to book the maid herself. And they don't just deport them, they jail them and confiscate whatever money they have on them, before deportation. This helps make the maids realize what their true status is, and what their 'attitude' should be towards their employers and the Saudi Arabian economy keeps functioning smoothly.
I know all this from three sources. 1) My past Pakistani roommates who had lived in SA for years and knew what was going on there. 2) Many non-muslim acquaintances , and 3) News reports. I will try to find some of the online sources and post those here soon.

To be a servant/maid to a Arab = to be his slave. And slavery is halal in Islam. Having sex whenever desired with a slave, is also halal in Islam.

While all or most of what the article states is factually correct, it is also true that "free" Western Muslim women daily and gladly expound the joys that Islam brings to them, of adorning the hijab and niqab, and all other Islamic rituals and practices. They appear to be very happy practicing Islam. I do not know many Muslim women living in the West, who bitterly complain about being Muslims. They continue to follow Islam. What can I say?
It is my personal opinion, having lived in the West as a Muslin (and now an Ex-Muslim) for the past 40+ years, that Western Muslim women have unwittingly but willingly played a substantial role as a catalyst for the radicalization of Muslims in the West.
If it were not for Western Muslim women who chose to start wearing the hijab or niqab and then started egging their otherwise westernized husbands and male family members to start going to the mosque etc., we would have had almost no Islamic radicalization in the west. I have personally observed this slow but sure process in several Muslim communities where I have lived over the years and in several Western countries.
It is my personal hope that one day, Muslim women in the West will suddenly see the light and put an to this vicious cycle:
ARAB INFLUENCED MOSQUE INFILTRATES COLLEGES –> PEER PRESSURE AT COLLEGE VIA MUSLIM "SOCIAL" CLUBS –> YOUNG COLLEGE WOMEN START TO WEAR HIJAB / NIQAB –> PRESSURE MALE SIBLINGS, RELATIVES AND FRIENDS TO START BEING GOOD MUSLIMS AND ATTENDING LOCAL MOSQUES –> MALES SLOWLY RADICALIZE, MARRY LOCAL WOMEN OR WESTERNIZED MUSLIM WOMEN AND PEER PRESSURE THEM INTO HIJAB / NIQAB –> CYCLE BUILDS AND REPEATS.
This has been going on for 40+ years and the results are here for all to witness, right before our eyes. Witness the UK, France, Norway, Belgium, Canada, … and here in the USA too.

I live in the US and I can attest to what you say about muslim women. I also noticed that it is only muslim women who do this; the Hindu or Sikh women don't bleat about the joys that their religion brings to them. I wonder what it is about Islam that attract muslimahs to it so much that they wouldn't take advantage of the freedom available in the west and would rather be slaves to this misogynistic ideology.
Maybe Muhammad was right and Muslimahs are indeed deficient in intelligence.

It is logical to accept that house maid in Saudi Arabia are sexually abused or even used as sex object. Consider the following Qur’aanic verse regarding
the alternation of day and night: “Seest thou not that Allah merges Night
into Day And He merges Day into Night?” [Al-Qur’aan 31:29]
Merging here means that the night slowly and gradually changes to day and
vice versa. This phenomenon can only take place if the earth is spherical. If
the earth was flat, there would have been a sudden change from night to day
and from day to night.
The following verse also alludes to the spherical shape of the earth: “He
created the heavens And the earth In true (proportions): He makes the
Night Overlap the Day, and the Day Overlap the Night.” [Al-Qur’aan
39:5]
The Arabic word used here is Kawwara meaning ‘to overlap’ or ‘to coil’– the
way a turban is wound around the head. The overlapping or coiling of the day
and night can only take place if the earth is spherical.
The earth is not exactly round like a ball, but geo-spherical i.e. it is flattened
at the poles. The following verse contains a description of the earth’s shape:
“And the earth, moreover, Hath He made egg shaped.” 2 [Al-Qur’aan
79:30]
The Arabic word for egg here is dahaha, which means an ostrich-egg. The
shape of an ostrich-egg resembles the geo-spherical shape of the earth. Thus
the Qur’aan correctly describes the shape of the earth, though the prevalent
notion when the Qur’aan was revealed was that the earth is flat.
THE LIGHT OF THE MOON IS REFLECTED LIGHT
It was believed by earlier civilizations that the moon emanates its own light.
Science now tells us that the light of the moon is reflected light. However this
fact was mentioned in the Qur’aan 1,400 years ago in the following verse:.
“Blessed is He Who made Constellations in the skies, And placed therein
a Lamp And a Moon giving light.” [Al-Qur’aan 25:61]
The Arabic word for the sun in the Qur’aan, is shams. It is referred to as
siraaj, which means a ‘torch’ or as wahhaaj which means ‘a blazing lamp’ or
as diya which means ‘shining glory’. All three descriptions are appropriate to
the sun, since it generates intense heat and light by its internal combustion.
The Arabic word for the moon is qamar and it is described in the Qur’aan as
muneer, which is a body that gives nur i.e. light. Again, the Qur’aanic
description matches perfectly with the true nature of the moon, which does
not give off light itself and is an inert body that reflects the light of the sun.
Not once in the Qur’aan, is the moon mentioned as siraaj, wahhaaj or diya or
the sun as nur or muneer. This implies that the Qur’aan recognizes the
difference between the nature of sunlight and moonlight.
Consider the following verses related to the nature of light from the sun and
the moon: “It is He who made the sun To be a shining glory And the
moon to be a light (Of beauty).” [Al-Qur’aan 10:5]
“See ye not How Allah has created The seven heavens One above
another, “And made the moon A light in their midst, and made the sun
As a (Glorious) Lamp?” [Al-Qur’aan 71:15-16]

HIJAB AND ISLAM:
The Islamic dress code is never the symbol of slavery. On the
contrary, a little reflection will convince one that it is, in fact, the symbol
of modesty. It is true that Islam commands woman to cover all her
body parts save for her face and forehands. Why has this command
been made? What has this command done: has it relegated women
behind the prism of obscurantism or has it allowed for them a freedom
in a valley of security? The Qur'anic verses which make the Islamic
dress code compulsory provide clear answers to these questions. They
go as follows: “O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters and the believing
women that they should cast their outer garments over their
persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be
known (as such) and not molested. And God is Oft-Forgiving, Most
Merciful.” (33:59)
“And say to the believing women that they should lower their
gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty
and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they
should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty
except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their
sons, their husbands’ sons, their brothers or their brothers’ sons or,
their sisters’ sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right
hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children
who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not
strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments.
And O ye believers! Turn ye all together towards God, that ye may
attain bliss.” (24:31)
“And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display,
like that of the former times of ignorance; and establish regular
prayer, and give regular charity; and obey God and His Apostle. And
God only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye members of
the family, and to make you pure and spotless.” (33:33)
The real objective of asking the woman to adopt a decent mode
of dressing becomes quite clear from these verses.
One: That they may be recognized.
Two: That they be not molested.
Those who live or work in different fields in society do adopt
certain patterns of dressing in order that they are identified likewise.
As far as women are concerned, it is possible, to a certain extent, to
assess their way of life and character from the very pattern of dress
that they adopt.
Prostitutes dress in such fashion as to enable those in need of
them to identify them. The Devadasis who were attached to temples
had, for purposes of identification, their own way of dressing. It may
also be seen that the Hetaerae of Greece, the Chin kuwan Jen of
China and the Gaishes of Japan – all had their own ways of dressing.
They could all be identified by this code of apparel. Those in need of
them could also be invited thereby.
The ideal woman as envisioned by Islam is modest and pious;
chaste and virtuous – she is never approached by sex starved wolves;
is not advanced upon by any with pleas for sexual gratification. This
must all be discernible from her dressing itself. That prostitutes were
to sit by windows with their breasts uncovered was a prescription in

modern man has become sexually oriented. Things have come to such
a pass that from the choice of the coffee that one drinks early in the
morning to the pillow that one uses to sleep late in the night there is
no escape from casting a glance, howsoever, cursory, on the feminine
curves exploited inorder to sell the product.
It has also been for the very same reason that molestation of
women has steadily been on the increase. Indeed, fathers who sexually
harass their own daughters and mothers who involve in sexual
relations with the sons to whom they have themselves given birth are,
fast becoming characters who hardly raise a ripple in the normal functioning
of our intellect. Teachers who sexually harass their female
students! Male students who go around with their female teachers!

get to read in the daily newspapers. Indeed, it is a situation wherein
women are unable to travel in peace! Wherein they are unable to
work in security! In fact, our society seems to be rushing headlong
into a situation where women are even unable to be at peace in their
very own homes! What is the reason for this state of affairs? Observe
the answers given by mature experts in the field.
In the column entitled Weekly Thoughts in the magazine
Kumari, Sree N.V Krishna Warrier wrote: “It is generally believed
that men tend to rape in a mood of temporary intoxication caused
primarily by the provocative dressing and gestures adopted by women.
Indeed, sometimetime back a Supreme Court Judge in India had declared
that every woman who wore clothing that attracts the man
deserves to be raped.” (Kumari Weekly, 11.3.83)
It is then clear that by adopting modesty in her dressing the
woman protects her body. The Lord Creator did, indeed, speak the
truth when He commanded: “O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters
and the believing women that they should cast their outer garments
over their persons (when abroad): That is most convenient,
that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And God is
Oft-forgiving, Most merciful.”(33:59). The Qur’an advices women to
dress decently as a first step towards ending acts of adultery, rape and
sexual harassment.
The earlier prophets, too, had taught the believing women that
they were to cover all parts of their body except for the face and
forehands. The history of the Old Testament also indicates that the
practice of veiling the faces in the presence of male strangers was
very much in vogue amongst the Israeli society right from the earliest
times.(Genesis 24: 62-65). The importance and prevalence of this tradition
can be gauged from the fact that it was generally believed that
to unveil a woman was tantamount to raping her (Songs of Solomon
5:7).
It may also be seen that the tradition of the viel existed even
after the time of Jesus Christ. This has been indicated in the writings
of Paul. He had written thus: “But every woman who prays or prophesies
with her head uncovered dishonors her head, for that is one and
the same as if her head were shaved. For if a woman is not covered,
let her also be shorn. But if it is shameful for a woman to be shorn or
shaved, let her be covered.For a man indeed ought not to cover his
head, since He is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory
of man.”(Corinthians 11:5-7)
The Qur'an has instructed woman to adopt a decent dress code
as part of its programme to implement the verse which states: “and
approach not nigh unto adultery.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had
himself taught that the lustful glance, word or action all contain within
themselves adulterous tendencies. Indeed, Islam has commanded that
the doors to all acts of ‘minor adultery’ which lead to adultery itself
and to the disruption of the moral fabric of society must be closed.
Thus, Islam has prohibited sexually provocative clothing as well as
dances.
Jesus Christ, too, had instructed that all doors through which
adultery enters must be closed shut. He had advised thus: “So all the
days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he
died.Lamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and had a
son.And he called his name Noah, saying , “This one will comfort us
concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground
which the Lord has cursed.” After he begot Noah, Lamech lived five
hundred and ninety-five years and had sons and daughters. “You have
heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery’.But
I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already
committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you
to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you
that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast
into hell.And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it
from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members
perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.” (Mathew 5:27-
30)
Here, Christ has taught that in order to eradicate adultery the
lustful glance and provocative movements of the body must be avoided.
For that to be so what is it that becomes necessary? Woman must
dress modestly; dress in such fashion that her feminine charms are
not displayed. Then is it Prophet Muhammad, who came with the
Qur'an which commanded such a code of dressing, or is it the clergy,
which tacitly encourages the use of woman as a means for furthering
business transactions, who is the real Anti Christ? Ordinary Christians
of the day must come forward to reflect upon this issue.
The advice of Dr. Annie Punnan, wife of the Christian Writer,
Zak Punnan, which she gives to Christian women is significant: “The
body is a trust which God has conferred upon us. We are never to
misuse it, for God has commanded us to use our body to glorify God.
Here, the reference is not merely to bodily actions; it also implies the
dress that we use to adorn our bodies. Indeed, it has been recorded in
the Old Testament that God did punish the sons of Zion for misusing,
in various ways, this ability to attract men.(Refer 3:16-24)
Often, the clothes that we wear on the exterior is, in many
ways, an expression of the inner state of our being. Indeed, to a certain
extent, it declares, as it were, the true nature of our personality.
Others receive their first impressions about us by the casual manner
in which we clothe ourselves. Thus, it is quite possible that our witness
for the sake of Christ will become meaningless if we are to follow the
ways of the world in the matter of our clothing.
In any event, we must not attire ourselves in such manner as to
induce sentiments of lust in men. If God will take men to account for
their lustful intentions, it is only natural that He will also call to account
those women who dressed themselves in such fashion as to arouse
feelings of lust in them.”(Zak Punnan: Sex, love and marriage: A
Christian approach, P.112, 113)
It is, however, strange that it is those who say that woman
must do away with those clothes which arouse feelings of lust in men
who quite often, criticize Islam which has made the Purdah obligatory
for woman. These advisers have all fallen short of explaining as
to which code of dressing is the most appropriate by way of not attracting
the sexual impulses of men.
How is a woman to dress modestly? Is it the way of dressing
of the Devadasis of yore who displayed the hair, the major portion of
the breasts and the belly as well? Or is it the traditional dress of the
Haetarae of Greece who wore their clothing up to their knees – clothing
which displayed the neck and the hair? Or will it be attire of the Chin
Kuwan Jen of China who showed off to men the contours of their
body by the use of tight fitting clothes? Or is it the Islamic way in
which loose fitting clothes that cover all parts of the body except the
face and forehands are worn by woman? No unbiased person will fail
to chose any but the last option.
The greatest speciality of Islam is that not only did it command
women to dress decently, it went further and actually put forward the
way in which it was to be done. Many of those who say that women
are not to dress in ways that lead men astray however fail to give a
clear picture of just such a way of dressing. Indeed, it is here that
Islam emerges victorious. The fact that crimes against women are
rare in societies that have adopted the Islamic code of dressing goes
to show the relevance and practical nature of the Qur'anic verse that
states “…..so that they may not be molested.” (33:59)

Go check every translation as recent as Yousef Ali, Shakir, Pickthal, Mohsin Khan, and others, and as far back as At Tabari and Ibn Kathir. None agree with your version.
